Hi!
I found this method in an another topic her on xda. What I did:
1. Rooted the phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2390491
Used method 1 from the topic above.
2. Downloaded root explorer (not necessary, you can do it with other file browsers as well, but I like this one)
3. Go to /cust/"YOURCARRIER"/prop/local.prop and edit the file. Look for the line "ro.config.hw.security_volume=11" and make it inactive by putting a # at the start of the sting.
For the noobs out there: My girlfriends phone bought from hungarian vodafone. So I went /cust/vodafone/prop/local.prop then looked for the line a modified like this #ro.config.hw.security_volume=11.
4. Rebooted then enjoyed th BJ from my GF

Hi guys
Just found this and thought i share with you guys..Its the boot animation from the new Nexus Prime phone...I already installed it on my phone and its looking gorgeous i have to say..Anyway i thought i share it with you guys and here is the link were to download it from.
http://www.multiupload.com/OCLC5JL5O3
All you got to do is download it and flash through CWM and reboot your phone. I tested it on my first and it works like a charm..Very beautiful..
Enjoy
Make sure also to wipe dalvik cache just incase it dont work first time and then flash again.. thanks
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRuQfN6e3MM
Link above is what it looks like so you can preview before you flash it..
Credit to Android Police for finding this beaty
It already comes installed with CM7.1..Thanks to Saar17 for pointing it out.
To revert back to old boring bootlogo here is how to do it thanks to Theory for pointing it out.
You can revert to stock animation by deleting bootanimation.zip in root/data/local directory. To do that you need to get rootexplorer to do it...
Original bootanimation you can find it here.(thanks to Indie from OmegaRom)
http://www.filesonic.com/file/2342311574
Guys i have not tried to revert back to original as i like this one to much...If you want to revert to the one you currently using do the easy way by just backing up your rom and once your rebooted flash the nexus one...if you dont like the nexus one then just restore from your backed up rom...I would not advice doing it from rootexplorer if you dont know what your doing with it...
Thanks again and hope you enjoy this..
PS if you are using the new siyah kernel 2.0 i would recommend not to flash this bootlogo as the kernel does not support this.(thanks to 2bullish for letting me know)
Damn i opened this in the wrong thread..Sorry mods should of been in Themes and Apps..If someone can move it there much would be much appreciated..Sorry again
Id like feedback from people to know what they think and firstly if its working on your phone...cheers and hope you enjoy..
Apologies for posting this thread in the wrong section i thought i was doing in themes and apps sorry again
It works.

Remember that I grabbed this from the One X threads, so don't freak out when the install proccess says something about One X

Yes you need to be rooted and have a custom recovery installed like CWM.
Shouldn't interfere with poweramp

hey guys iam verry happy with this DSP.Its the best DSP plugin what ever i used in my whole smartphone world and i am started by win mobile ^^
The sound is verry verry fantastic !Deep and smouth bass booster. Its so good when you listening old Alben without good dynamik, like a-ha or depeche mode.
The Treble was absolut clear an no aggressiv.
But for all power amp useres, make shure that you dont have "direct control" activate.so the DSP doesnt work !You can find it in settings-audio engine-advanced tweaks.
thanks and good night ;-)

Basically this tweak will modify "Init.d", "Build.prop" and add some features.
I've been using it for a day now without noticing any difference (not that I expected to be super noticeable), but I'd like to know if you guys notice any performance boost.
Lets share and compare!

edit: additional lines in "Init.d" and "Build.prop" are added, just check yours to confirm.
Using MIUIXXX, selected AOSP Gingerbread when installing this. I installed this on the Nexus 7 as well and the installation (after picking all the items) took about 15secs on that one, but on my SGA it took 1second instead, so I'm not 100% sure it's working. The difference between the options that I used on the Nexus 7 was that I also installed 6-7 themes (which might explain the longer wait). Still, it does makes sense that the installation would take really fast since basically the only thing that was added/changed in my SGA was plain text.
I posted it here so maybe some of you could confirm that it does improve our phone.

Hey, guys! Tried V.2 for MDPI, I flashed it choosing stock gingerbread (instead of AOSP) and
I instantly felt a faster overall performance! I'd like someone else to test it out to confirm that this isnt a placebo effect xD
And also, it took like a sec to install this time as well but as I said, it seem to work!
note: I skipped the multitasking step since I had no idea which one suited me.
Make a backup before flashing
edit: for instant, try opening titanium backup (which usually takes awhile)

Swap files!
HEy. IF you were to go see the original PMR thread, you would see that in order for it to work on some devices, you have to switch binary-update-installer from the ROM you have (the roms' .zip file) to the PMR zip file.
Just follow my guide:
Open the zip of the rom you are running (the .zip file that you flash in recovery)
Inside this zip, navigate to : META-INF/com/google/android
Extract the file called "update-binary" and rename it to "update-binary-installer"
Open Pimp my Rom's zip (i.e : PIMP_MY_ROM-v1.4.1-Universal.zip)
Inside this zip, navigate to : META-INF/com/google/android and delete "updater-binary-installer"
Now copy the "update-binary-installer" file you extracted from your rom to Pimp My Rom's zip (still in META-INF/com/google/android)
Close the zip and flash it, the installation process should now work normally so you can Pimp your Rom !
this goes to everyone who experience a problem when pressing INSTALL and it finishes in a second, without any logs showing.
Have a nice day, press THANK YOU if it worked

Tried this, selected first option which i assume initates the scripts located within apk assets, this copies the recovery binary to /system/xbin/, also an updated
resources folder for CWM and lastly it copies install-recovery.sh to /system/etc/.
After this it appears to run said scripts.
The second option attempts to reboot the device into recovery however phone was unable to boot at all in the process.
Couldn't get it to power on at all. Fortunately holding Power, Volume + & Volume - saved my bs in this case, nearly had a heart attack otherwise. I had my /sdcard/dload/UPDATE.APP still so all recovered... And so did the phone.

It's the galery.apk of a JB rom
1. Try this one extracted from B510 View attachment Gallery2.apk put it in System\priv-app with a root file manager and reboot
or
2. Zip Flashable : View attachment 2865845 (I renamed Galery2 > Galery)
Flash in TWRP, Wipe Dalvik-Cache, reboot
EDIT :Facing some bug and FC few time but after few reboot it work fine (ParanoidAndroid) Try at your own risk

You're welcome
Thanks for this thread, now I know camera and gallery is the same app. I installed it on my new Galaxy A3-2016 (quite easy, withiout any root) because of the good panorama mode. But now all different modes are missing, are there any ideas which files I also had to copy for getting panorama-mode?
or does anyone know a good, free pano-app which takes photos with a height of abou 2000px and a width about 18000px?
