LEGEND
Most of the columns don't require explanation but if you ask you'll receive a response.
Column 'Rating' shows stars acquired by voting (I take it from the thread itself, it is NOT my personal rating).
Column 'Active' wants to say that a ROM has been updated at least during two last months. After that period it gets 'NO' as a status, which doesn't mean it's a crap. Sometimes 'oldies but goldies' . (If you guys prefer different period of time write a comment and a reason, after all this thread is for y'all.)
The whole list is sorted according to the 'Last Update', which means the freshest stuff is on top of the list.
Finally the last column called 'Problems' contains fragmentary description (the beginning) of bugs listed by OP (more info on the proper thread).
Each row leads to its thread so just click anywhere on the desire row if you want to open it.
ATTENTION: I DO NOT OWN PRIMO C VERSION OF THE HTC ONE V. I OWN PRIMO U. I MAINTAIN THE TABLE AS A CONTRIBUTION FOR THE PRIMO C COMMUNITY. ENJOY.
INFORMATION: I NO LONGER HAVE THE HTC ONE V DEVICE. HOWEVER I WILL CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THE DATABASE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

Primo U ROMs Database Comparison here

Llior pulled the primoc version of slim bean and only the primou version is still up. The primoc version is a conversion of Llior's primou converted by me and maintained by me. Not really sure what became of the original primoc by Llior or whether it had been fully completed because I came along later after it had already been removed but the current primoc is based on the gsm version and heavily modded and updated. I still currently use and update it. Its more of a technicality as far as author and I dont really care but seeing as it is a rom chart it should reflect things correctly.

@Curtis1973 Yes, you're correct. I didn't dig too profound the topic about Primo C. Since its name is in the first post of the OP I assumed there has to be a link to the ROM too. It is not. So I removed it from the table.
Thanks for the tip :good:

you can readd it my friend,in fact i think its a great idea for the chart and it should be there. it lets users know what is active and what isnt. its a very good idea. glad you made it.

CyanPrimo GPE is Android 4.2.2 based on CyanogenMod.

@Curtis1973 ReAdded
 @McJesus15 Updated. Thanks.

Lloirs slim bean is only primou. Primoc version is here: http://androidforums.com/one-v-all-...-2013-virgin-mobile-usa-only.html#post5857545

@Zakman72 Actually it's in the first row right now and on xda as well (the OP links to the Primo U from his thread so in spite of that I removed that row).
Thanks

@Umpal Yeah I linked to Llior's Slim Bean PrimoU for reference and to give credit and proper dues for creating the original build. Sorry for the confusion bro.

@Curtis1973 No problem at all mate. I was thinking about the question of "build on base of..." but decided that after all people go to the proper thread and there read who is the author of the ROM. If it's based on someone else's work the OP himself does the mention.

The images are not loading for me.

Try this direct link to the header of the table:
If you're able to see it then it has to be something with your browser or proxy.

Added new position (the last one with CM9).
@Curtis1973 I updated the date of your Slim Bean release but I need your info if there is something else I should put (and if the date is correct since you do not have any changelog I could base on).

Looks nice,...
Wouldn't more efficient for everyone that creating CyanogenMod 5 ports to the GSM Hero to team together instead of creating five billion versions of the same thing?
Good work,
It's something I'm trying to do at the moment. Can you share the vendor tree that you used?
I'm trying to modify darchstars CDMA one and still trying to work out how it all fits together.

Just fork Darchstar's CDMA Hero Cyanogen github.
EDIT: I've just created a GSM Hero Cyanogen fork: link.
I don't mind of working together as I won't try to fix common bugs like bluetooth during calls.
Also note that I didn't make a fork of Darchstar's repository, in fact I learned today it exists. Instead I wrote some and modified some of the files needed for the compiling process. My goal as of now is to make a separate section at Cyanogen's sources specifically for the Hero.
So if you're interested, I can upload my work to the github.
I would be interested in your files. It all helps in the learning process.
Good work again

I'm using your OS atm very nice and smooth, my mate is using the cyanogen for the nexus 1.
Few bugs I have found:
-Google voice search doesnt seem to work I just get a force close message.
-The animated wallpapers dont seem to work.
Also is their a way of linking my contacts into facebook? cant work it out.
Apart from this all seems to be working so far I'll keep you updated but good job!
Thanks for the feedback! In the next version there will be updated kernel and I hope most stuff will work. As for the live wallpapers -- I did not enable them in the quest for lighter system But I will do so as it seems that with proper kernel our heroes can handle with that
Aaaah, can't wait till tuesday, I will pick he server with the least workload and give it a whole day of compiling

Any theme for this fabulous rom ???? I love black bar notification,
Bump for the new version ;P
Verification failed while flashing:
E:Corrupt file: system/media/audio/ringtones/LoveFlute.ogg
Link is up again, hope there won't be any problems now
I get the same error now, only on another file (system/xbin/irssi)
Everything is working now. Great rom so far, linpack score is a bit dissapointing though. With overclock it's an average of 2.9.
Forgot to enable JIT, linpack scores of 4.7 now!

So this is a P1000N ROM only?
I was also fairly certain the BOCA dev didn't want his work being put into other ROMs, did you get permission to use Tweakr, etc?

this has nothing BOCA rom. just use the manual installation.
BOCA rom and not work on my gt-p1000n
You may want to go ahead and reword the installation process than, as it makes it appear you are using BOCA parts.
I also still don't understand if this a p1000 ROM or a p1000N ROM.
If it is a p1000N ROM you should put that in your title. The words [MOD] aren't really needed. Just some words of advice to help people find this.

Yeah mate and I think the fact you are new around here means you should give as much information as possible and attempt to enlist the trust of a couple users to test it out and leave feedback. Its a big leap of faith for us users to just flash some new ROM to our devices without knowing more

EDIT/UPDATE:
this is not "cm7"
this rom is labeled wrong!!
it is a 2.3_r4 XWJPA release.
who actually made this rom is still up for grabs, but the one quoted in my responce is in no way aosp or based off of Cyanogen. In other words, not related to BOCA or cyanogen.
please rename away from the phrase CM7
i apologize for entering your thread, but i am sure you, and everyone else, can see where the concern comes from
The OP:
Who made the battery and system notifications?
Is this just a copy of overcome?
isnt it available on teamovercomes website?
Is that Humburos' kernel?
Did you port?
Where is the full credits or features?
Or thanks?
or permissions?

This rom, if it has the p1000n/l kernel:
IT WILL NOT WORK WITH OTHER TYPES OF TABS
please fix your threads title
Can we please get some work on this thread?
It is filled with either miss-information, or not enough correct information.
It will most definetly cause alot of end user issues
Yeah I came out swingin, but where's the quality control?

ORIGINAL POST:
Is this a repackaged unofficial beta cm7 port from tek?
Or is it a repackaged BOCA?
(Since BOCA is the only one that works currently on p1000l/n. teks older unavailable version did, but no available anymore, I am sure this is VERY important information)
We would be VERY interested to know details
Did you port?
Where is the credit or features?
Or thanks?
or permissions?
I have received multiple questions regarding this thread.
And can see the concern written publicly in this thread.
People are concerned BOCA has been violated and parts of it are in your work.
I am downloading it now, and will open to take a look.
Just to ease my mind, so to speak.
Totally agree with diz
Your rom really looks like a themed overcome kratos, bad boy.

[EXPERIMENTAL][PORT][RECOVERY][MULTIBOOT]Tassadar's MultiROM v11 for the Optimus V

Okay, this is up now for you brave people to test!
Here's the original thread.
[EXPERIMENTAL] MultiROM v11 (Touchscreen support) - Boot ROM from sdcard
All the important info and how-to-use instructions are in the first two posts of that thread.
If you like it, please go there and click on thanks for Tassadar.
I've given it over a week of testing between v10 and v11 and haven't found a single glitch myself.
So, here you go!
The ported recovery has a kernel compatible with either novatek or hitachi screens, if you're wondering

here is twrp, cwm, and multirom installer with a working (for now, bite me androidfilehost too,) download folder
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=317349
I'll post more info later (I'm short on time but said I'd get this uploaded today.)
all you really need to know to make it work is in the original thread. Just use these Optimus V files instead of the ones in Tasssadar's post.
I'll edit this and the second post later with more specific instructions.
FYI: This is not a ROM. This is a recovery, and flashable overlay for your boot.img which allow booting from roms on sd-ext or from internal memory.
Please read the original thread before using.
More later! Enjoy.
Oh, yeah.
Standard disclaimer: Flashing your phone may cause bricking.
Don't blame me, or Tasssadar... Just take proper precautions. As the original thread says, BACKUP! Also, never flash a ROM and recovery at the same time, make sure the first works before you flash the second.
extra info:
you can't mix froyo and gingerbread ROMS unless you flash a Xionia or Xionia Redux anykernel over your boot.img first.
The multiROM uses the boot.img kernel for all the installed ROMs, and most kernels are made for either froyo or gingerbread but not both. Xionia kernels are the only exception to that rule I'm aware of.
I'll link to the xionia kernels later, for now it's just a short warning.
Yay, my old login still works! Downloading now, will test and report on both forums.
Edit:: Just saw my post count. Wowsers! I knew I was a lurker but two and half years and this is my first post here!?
Thanks alot for porting this over to the OV! I'm going to test it out as soon as I have an hour or two. Should make things easier when debugging new builds.
Going to try this sometime today I'm pretty sure some will find the original thread guide a bit confusing lol
I'm going to try this over the weekend. It might come in handy for testing builds. Ill try it. Thanks.

unfortunately I'm even wordier than Tasssadar, so when i eventually get time to rewrite the directions and add them to post 2, they probably won't be much more user-friendly.
and it may be a couple days until screenshots and directions show up.
mostly i just wanted the thing up for others to play around with.

i put this up for grabs more as a public service than a work-in-progress.
just run the roms like you usually would, and post anything that doesn't work right (unless, of course that item is broken in the rom itself)
Wow, this works nicely.
Oh, I forgot something: If first line in Updater in Mgr app is not "Model: LS670/VM670", do not even try it! It means it did not recognize that it runs on different phone.

Miustones Android Restoration Software for Xiaomi Devices can be found here: https://github.com/Miustone/M.A.R.S./blob/master/README.md
Since i am supporting a hand full of Devices am i going to handle everything on GitHub to keep the Project centralized and up to date for everyone. Infos and downloads can be gathered over the given Link (Read carefully). XDA is still the place to share and talk about such Projects...
Enjoy!
thx for you hard job .then i wil try it
I tried it, but ran into some problems...
At first I flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2_V10.4.2.0.PDECNXM_v10-9.zip and then M.A.R.S.XUAV.19.08.28
Everything looked good, no errors. Then reboot. I can enter SIM PIN but after that, Screen goes on and off. Android Setups pop´s up, 1 step forward and 1 back (and I'm still doing nothing), Screen goes on and off and so on....
ps.: tried it with and without SIM Card... Same behavior.

So i have updated the ReadME and Infos about that. MIUI is a really strange Android Fork and i haven't had the Features working that i think are essential for Me and the Project. That's why i drifted the foucs back to AOSP for now again. I wish i had a Teammate who would make a MIUI Version that lacks of the XUA (Xiaomi Universal AOSP) full feature set, that would mean just to much work for Me right now since i'm already working up to 8Hrs per day on the main Patch... So You flashed XUA which is meant for AOSP. I would recommend You to try Lineage OS or Havoc Official. They run both with the full feature set and without bigger Problems right now (Check GitHub Issues for Bugs).
Hope You will enjoy the expierence! More Updates are coming! BR
Sry, my mistake. Didn't read that ^^
I stay with MIUI because I really like it more than these AOSP Roms.
But I wish you success with this Project. Looks really good.
Greetings from Leipzig
First Users on Discord reported it works on Mi 9 and Mix 2 (Various ROMs). We just had a issue with CPU Loads which will be fixed in V.19.08.29. Everything is super fluid and performing well. Audio is awesome compared to stock or normal AOSP... Really proud of it right now.
I will also move from GitHub to Google Drive and My Homepage since GitHub is problematic in many Views. More Threads for other Devices are coming and i hope the Community will grow fast.
@gitsbash No Problem! You're welcome to give it a try at any time!
Havoc os with mars runs smooth

You're obviously a Troll. Keep Your Spam for outside of XDA!
If You want Help , ask another Way...
Yeah right. That's the easiest thing to do because you can't explain how MARS really helps. You throw around too much jargon on what you have done and how it'ssupposed to work. But you have a hard time explaining why we need a software that takes more memory than our ROM to make it fast. Counter-intuitive. What does it actually do?

Maybe take a look at the script and the zip content? It is always easier to blatantly accuse people. It is clear that you are a troll. If it didnt work for you, then you made a mistake as it works for me and other people.
And he explained it already in github page. So stop being a malware.
