[Q] Hey!Plz Help !friend,plz help!

Hey,now two update avalivale for sgy ddlc2 & ddlc3!
and i am now ddla3-nd when i try to update via phone or kies..the update file download successfully!bt when install it stuck after 24% nd phone restart and said update fail!
how to i fix this problem nd i want to know the reason of this problem

Please remember that this will add to your binary count.. and you will loose your warranty..

Try downloading the binaries from androidadvices dot com and use odin to flash.. Its better than using kies
It is the official version from Samsung so it will be no issues however DDLC3 is not available on the website.. its only DDLC2

Kies slows down your WIFI as well as your computer and takes years for it to open up.
Useless software!!! looks like it is a virus, After updating or saving contacts etc then straight away uninstall KIES and your computer is fast again which is very strange!!!!

you mean that even if we have different firmware we can flash the latest one in our young?

hey i had the same problem when updating from DDLC2 to DDLC3 through phone... but after that i used KIES to update firmware... it took sometime to download but worked fine.
So i suggest you to use KIES to upgrade to DDLC3. and u should have good internet speed to Upgrade through KIES. it takes about 15 mins to upgrade with an internet speed of 3.5 mbps..

Problem..my device its not working .. only download mod !

simply .. i try to download ROM then i need to superwipe .. every thing including sd card which Rom was on it is gone !!
so i go to odin i tried flash 1 file rom .. its just stop in the middle of proccess ! so i stop that .. when i try to resart it till me there is issue in framework upgrade and asked me to use kies again .. i tried again with the same rom by odin but in that time its get failed from start !!!!
what should i do any idea plz ?

So the problem is after Superwipe you now have no ROM file on your phone that you can flash, am I correct?

EDIT: ehh, nevermind, sorry... I guess you already tried with ODIN... Sorry, I got confused.
Can you explain a bit more what exactly it is you have done? Are you flashing the right file with Odin? Is your phone in download mode, and Odin recognizes it? What kinds of errors is Odin giving you exactly?

no .. it was .. but when i used odin to flash stock rom it's get harder !!
now when i boot .. i get like the first pic down ..
only i can use download mod .. there is no recovery or nothing !! just that pic and download .. when i trying flash 1 file rom by odin its just stop like the second pic .. or get failed !!

yes i can do into download mode .. and odin recognizes it ..
i use that tool and i have full backup files with nandroid .. all i need .. flash rom

Have you tried to redownload the Odin firmware file? Have you tried to download another firmware file to flash via Odin?

Go into Kies, Tools -> Preferences, unselect "Run Samsung Kies automatically when a device is connected", save the change, close out of Kies, and then restart ODIN. Try flashing now.
Or uninstall Kies completely, reboot computer and try flashing again.

thanx for advise but same thing agian .. i tried this time to use rom with 4 files .. and pit file
when i used pit .. its stop from the begaining .. without just in the quarter of proccess !

Last week i have costumer in my shop with same problem but on note n7000, i tryied everythinfg, few version of rom's, odin,kies, even flashing fwith pit file, your phone is probably dead forever!

up .. only i want to know ..why odin stop at the middle of flashing ? and only thats with roms not kernal !

Dear the card reader is a small device where you can attached ur memory sd card and connect it to the pc and you will be able to copy files from/to your memory card

i solved it ..
its simle.. i used blackberry memory card as external card .. and into recovery mode i flashed HD revlotion rom .. and it's work ..
the quistion is .. why odin didn't complete flash the stock rom !

is there any way to unbrick my phone? i can open download mode but my pc cant detect it. so i cannot use odin or one click method. please help me......

If u can access download mode ... then thats a gr8 news. ..
U just need to download samsung drivers in pc ... then odin will detect your phone

Bro here os the way to fix it
Download and install latest samsung kies...so new samsung driver will be automatocally installed so odin will finally detect ur phone
Now download latest grand software for ur country from..www.samfirmware.com
download latest odin u can find it in this xda forum itself
extact ur firmware file and then open odin
connect ur phone in download mode to pc
the odin shows com port
now select .md5 file in firmware at PDA of odin after it get selected clock install..ur done

Try in other usb port

I'm a Galaxy Grand Duos I9082 (Rooted) user and I read that there is a new update for my phone.
But I tried checking it via settings and via KIES but theres no update notification.
Here is the version settings of my phone:
Model: GT-I9082
4.1.2 Stock (Rooted)
AP:I9082XXAMC7
CP: I9082XXAMC4
CSC: I9082JVAMC1
I know there are manual update options but I'm not shure what's the Stock ROM 4.2.2 to flash my phone, or from this Thead
[I9082/I9082L][ROMS][STOCK][FULL][ROOTED][DEODEXED][ZIPALINED]Full samsung roms
which could be my best selections, because as far as i know firmware is for the Middle East and i'm gonna use it on the America Continent (USA, México, Peru, Canada)

I installed jellybean 4.2.2 on my grand and then used chotu touch recovery.tar.md5 on it.
and now as i try to boot into recovery the device just restarts. and i am not even able to gain root rights for it anymore after installing 4.2.2.
Pls help me with this.

what steps do u follow while rooting..elaborate..coz chotu222 recovery works very fine..

steps followed
I rooted my device on 4.1.2 using chotu recovery and now I updated the device using kies
Steps followed to root.
1 odinv3.04 and connected phone in downloading mode
2 uploaded file .tar.md5 on pda with auto reboot and f: rest time checked
Started just fine but when tried to boot in cwm recovery phone just restarts every time.
3 tried same unchecking the auto reboot option and took out the battery as read on some xda post. But still didn't work out for me.....

From galaxy grand 4.2.2 firmware..

I tried factory reset as well.
still no result.

I had many problems upgrading the stock 4.1.2 to the k2wl pre rooted 4.2.2 one, boot loops, no recovery mod and so on. a remark I found on one of the threads solved it, you need to install a stock untouched 4.2.2 via ODIN before upgrading to a 4.2.2 mod, this solved my issues.

To go in cwm recovery..press power+home+volume up..then it will boot..once u see galaxy grand i9082 written jus leave the power button...let d home n volume key b pressd

Untick the autoreboot option when flashing cwm through odin.
After pass, remove battery and restart into cwm recovery by pressing vol. up + home + power button.

First switch off ur phone..then press volume up button,home button and power button together untill samsung logo apper..after that u will in recovery mode..then u see wipe data..click on it ..then click on factory reset..

I'd try those with Indian Latest & Russian 4.2.2 and Latin 4.1.2 I followed all the steps. Clear data/factory reset, Cache partition, Dalvik cache. Flashed the ROM. I did it twice. Still got stuck at boot loop.
Please help !

Hi . I have flashed the CWM-Touch recovery from odin with all steps correct . But my problem is it opens on the first time . But when I restart my phone or do something and then open recovery again then instead of CWM recovey the stoc recovery comes on :/ How to solve this !?

There is a fix recovery.zip available that makes it permanent.
Simply flash cwm.boot in cwm..and flash it (there also comes option by the way (do u want to keep it permanent or over write by stock (when u leave it),.. Any way.. Flash that zip and u r goof to go.

U can't flash custom Roms by Odin my friend.. Better clear ur doubt's first .._pm anytime when u need help
