hi I was running cm10 and I did the update to jb I want to know how to root the phone again cause I didn't like it my battery is not the same

Same thing happened to me. I even flashed back to stock rom and had the same issue. I ended up having to get it replaced by ATT.

Try above but also make a backup of eds folder to avoid losing imei

Backup in recovery, flash some sort of stock touchwiz ROM, update PRL / Profile, restore nandroid, done.
