Messed with some android tweaker settings and I now lost root access to anything after the reboot. Any ideas what to do?

Clean wipe and reflash root is back. Dirty flash didn't work for anyone encountering the same issue

All you need to do is open rom manager and flash clockwork recovery right from there ....

You can try root your device again. Using the update.zip method.

I've noticed after a while on any ROM that when I go into recovery and fix permissions it says failed. Before I would lose my ROM but not this time. I'm afraid to try again and I'm using twrp. Can someone help me please?

generally i only FIX Permissions when flashing a new ROM clean flash or changing something to system or a MOD of some sort ive never really had that problem that's strange ?? and you have the latest TWRP? have you tried going into TWRP > settings > restore defaults ???
Because I lost vibration and usually that fixes it. But no I've never tried restore defaults. Is that what you are supposed to do? Oh and it is the latest twrp.

If read it a few times here and there around xda if it does not work when u restore the defaults try using ROM manager and fix permissions from within the app

I tried that and it doesn't complete

Then to me it sounds like you flashed so many ROMs and a few dirty flashes might corrupt the way twrp fixed the permission I would recommend a clean flash and then if that all fails then just restore your back up sucks your are having this problems and all phones are not the same which sucks lol

I've tried millions of time to install super user.. But it keeps telling me error when it tries to update... Is it the mdl build or something else

If you're running stock, MDL blocks root access. Flash any of the custom kernels to get around the restriction and try updating again.
Thank you so much... I was wondering why it didn't work..... Yeah I was running a stock rom but now I'm using infamous S4 build

I need help. I also tried installing the supersu zip from galaxys4root.com and I am not getting root access. I am still on the stock system and do not plan on switching rom. I have twrp running well but im stuck there.

If you are on TWRP you are not still on stock recovery which should mean that you can install SuperSU from within TWRP.

I flashed original image t bfn ended update (value package), then rooted and used FreeGee to put on TWRP.
Can I flash value package again without losing data or does that wipe everything and do I have to re-root?
I used TiBU so my apps will still be around.

It depends on if you have the full update ROM included or just the software add on.
