Hi yall!
For some reason i having trouble with this F240s
1. Auto rotation not working.
2. Auto brightness not working
3. Proximity sensor not working
4. Cannot calibrate sensors
Any clue??

Honestly, I would do a hard reset, of that does not help, I would get a new one under the 1 year factory warranty.

Hello thank you for the replay
Done some tests to the sensores they are active but
Not responding...they work once in a while
From what i see im not the only one that having this

Hi I am using F240L and facing issues with its Proximity/Ambient sensors. In Proximity/ALC test, it shows no data I have also flashed the stock and some custom Roms but issue is still there.
Were you able to fix your issues somehow? if yes then please share with us that how it was fixed?

I was testing this flashlight without any harm some time ago:

It can be only coincidence or the result if you used your LED furiously and for a long time... It can die from overheating.

Hi,
When I want to shift to the front camera the gallery stops work.
And other camera apps doesn't reach the front camera.... did i do something or what could be the problem?
I've wiped the data...

What firmware are you using? I suggest you to flash new firmware first and check if it works then, otherwise it sounds hardware problem...

I updated the stock 4.3 gallery app. Still nothing. Rear camera was ok.
When i wanted to shift...bumm...
Can i rooted the b114 just like i did with eroot?
is there any service menu to check the hardware?

If you did factory reset, i think its hw problem then... But try still flash B114, for sure It can be rooted using eroot. Im not pro at these thing so i dont know if theres some tool to check if phone cant get connection to front camera, somebody else would help yoy on this.
Now I'm on holiday so will try 2weeks later...

hi, I am back. so after a while I flashed the B125 and factory reset as well and the problem is still the same.
Sometimes (very very rarely) I can see my face on the screen but most of the time I got the same message:
Gallery has stopped...
Does anyone has any kind of / sort of / kinda Idea?
maybe it is hardware problem but I do not want to give it back to the shop and miss my phone for 2 weeks... :S
Any Idea would be appreciated so much!

Hi guys,
I'm facing a strange problem, if I cover my proximity sensor then the volume decreases and profile gets switched to vibration mode. I don't know whether its a feature or what, but everything is disabled under "Motions and gesture". I tried flashing stock rom with odin but problem still persists. Any help ?

I had bricked my phone by trying to root it then after i install the stock rom everything went back to normal then i realized that the camera of my phone is not focusing ......... if anyone has a solution please share it with me.... Thank you

So I was finally able to update to 4.4.2 KitKat by using the LG FlashTool, but now the quadcore control that was in the battery settings in 4.1.2 is missing. Anyone know how to get it back or is it removed in this update? That option was very helpful for saving battery life.

It's definitely gone but I have no idea how to get it back or if we even need it back Battery life for me has been as good as it was with 4.1.2.

+1. Battery life is quite good on KitKat. Indeed, I can do at least 2 hrs of GPS and streaming quite comfortably, when before it would suck my battery. Google maps especially...
I have noticed the battery life is quite good, but upon running a benchmark with Antutu X, I was only getting 20k, so i turned off the temp control in the service menu, forced 2d hardware acceleration and set max background apps to 4 in developer options and now im getting over 26k

Hi, after updating to kk, there is only knock off (turn off) screen function but not knock on (to turn on screen)...anyone have the same observation?

If you're talking about the LG G2, this is the wrong forum. The LG Optimus G Pro doesn't have knock on/off natively in kitkat.

Mine doesn't have anything under gesture settings related to knock off. Wonder what is different between our 4.4

Mine doesn't have that setting under Gestures. It's an E-980 on AT&T.
