FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail) - HTC One X

Hey guys, i want to restore my original H3G stock rom and everytime i want to flash my OTA zip i get an error:
C:\android>fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
sending 'zip' (367454 KB)...
OKAY [ 45.734s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 62.218s
i flashed the original boot.img and recovery.img and the bootloader is relocked, what could be the problem?
edit: i want flash the same firmware version as the version on the phone: OTA_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_H3G_UK_3.14.771.34-2.17.771.3
Daniel.

The ota is of no use. You need to restore your nandroid backup of the stock rom. Ota does not contain the rom, only update files !

Open android-info.txt in the zip file and make sure your CID is there. Custom ID fail usually means wrong cid.

Try reformating your sdcard fat32 with a pc. Then place only the ruu on the sdcard and try again. Sometimes that gets it to work.
My sdcard is FAT32 , I'm tired with it
When I try do it with android-sdk I get "FAILED (remote: not allowed)"

Even though its already fat32, sometimes reformating it gets it to work.
If your getting the remote not allowed message, it means the bootloader is still locked.

Thats strange, with the bootloader unlocked you should have no issues fastboot flashing cwm recovery. Download this file http://dinc.does-it.net/Guide_Root_New_Hboot/recovery.img, and place it on your pc in the same folder as fastboot.exe. Open a cmd prompt with the phone connected. The phone should be in hboot and say fastboot usb plug in red at the top. Type " fastboot flash recovery recovery.img ".

That sounds like a bad download/corruption of the PB file, or the version of ruu you are trying to flash is older than the version on the phone. Try this one http://dinc.does-it.net/Stock_Images/4.08.605.15/PB31IMG.zip

WLAN does not work after 4.4 Update

Hey Guys,
i wanted to upgrade my HTC One M8 to the newest T-Mobile Germany Firmware. My HTC One was rooted and I had the TWRP Recovery with ViperRom.
I installed a Nandroid Backup with the 1.12.111.18 (4.3) Firmware. After that i installed the 1.57.111.2 Stock Recovery, than I relocked the Bootloader and after the Root was gone, I updated my Phone to the 1.57.111.2 (4.4.2), and now my WiFi is not working. I even upgraded to a newer Version of the Stock Recovery, but it still not working.
Here are some Information about my Phone.

Are you S-Off? You can't revert to older firmware while you are S-On.

Phone stuck in Recovery

Hello XDA Forums,
I was trying to update my phone OTA and it failed so I used HTC One 2014 (M8) AIO Toolkit to flash it with the recovery unzipped from OTA_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_Globalive_WWE_4.20.1500.1-3.34.1500.4_release_414300fa5ojq0b5zpc927f.
It got stuck in a loop so I tried flashing the OTA_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_Globalive_WWE_4.20.1500.1-3.34.1500.4_release_414300fa5ojq0b5zpc927f.zip file from the OTA I got when it saved it to Downloads but I receive:
target reported max download size of 1826418688 bytes
sending 'zip' (600817 KB)...
OKAY [ 27.783s]
writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 51.009s
Now when my phone boots up, I receive this.
What can I do now?
I see you're s-on your trying to flash a wwe firmware if your s-on and its not originally a wwe edition it will give that error go s-off and change cid and it should work
