Is there an ap out there that allows you to share links, pics, etc. to other platforms like twitter? I post alot on a couple different twitter accounts and it gets annoying logging out of one account then logging in to another one to post the same link as the previous twitter account.

But how do you multi share a tweet? Does it automatically or do I have to configure it? I looked at the tutorial but it doesn't help

Sorry, but I don't have multiple twitter accounts to check that with.
Maybe Tweetcaster will suite your needs.

If I set up HTC Twitter syncing I can link contacts to Twitter accounts. However there is no option in People's view settings to just show 'Twitter for HTC sync' accounts like it is for 'Facebook for HTC sync'.
I just would like to see latests updates for some contacts via the People application. Workaround would be to make empty contacts for every twitter contact and link them to, this way they'd show in people app, but that's hardly convenient.
Is it the same for you, or it's just me that got that broken? I find it hard to believe that HTC would leave such an inconsistency.

Never had any cooked ROM. And I don't exactly remember if it worked on 2.1, I think it didn't. I just didn't use Twitter back then that much.

when you go to people on the bottom of the screen there is a globe icon, click on that, on that page click on twitter, that will bring up all your twitter friends, click on the one that you want and then on the sync icon, that will show you all there tweets

Yeah, I know that. It's not that this is a problem in any way to get to those Twitts. I just found it inconsistent that you can't merge them in main people's tab as easily as facebook f.e. Just thought that it might be me that got something broken.
Thanks.
Anyone having problems? I was able to sign-in to my email through it.but every time I try to sign in to Facebook or twitter it says wrong email or password but I know it's right

Not to many answers in the thread lol just a bunch of people saying "me too"
I get this same problem but i can log into the actual Facebook app. Weird....
Install the individual facebook and/or twitter app and then you can sync. I think this is to avoid the dual sync I have seen on many other android phones.
It wont even let me log in tho. And I have the regular Facebook app installed
Just wanted to post that I was just able to log into social hub.
So give it a try...
Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk
I was too. Thanks for the update!
Yes, I was finally able to login today. Makes me wonder if this was a Facebook and not a samsung issue.
But I could log in to the facebook app and not the social hub.
I think I found the fix for this.
I went into facebook and managed the apps link part.
Removed the previous link with the original epic sync.
Bing bang boom, Social Hub Synced.

Seeing you mention the bloatware
Is there an updated guide for bloatware removal. Most of the guides that I have found have either a safe to remove, unknown, or not safe. Also, alot of the files are either no longer there, not listed at all, or the names have changed drastically or status has changed( unsafe to safe mostly)

The sns*.apks may have been removed from your ROM.
If that is the case, you won't be able to add a Facebook account in the accounts and sync settings.

Ah, thanks Nube. OP, let me know if you need any of those files.
how can i get my contacts to sync with facebook?
try FriendCaster
i dont mind Friendcaster, but are you saying that syncing contacts isnt possible with FB?
Go into the settings of the phone, accounts, add a Facebook account. Doesn't appear you do it through the App itself.
Edited: Well crap, I'm trying to do it through the Accounts in the phone, but when I select Facebook, it doesn't do anything. Hmmmm.

I seem to remember Facebook having a similar issue when the Incredible first came out. There was an update to fix it, so maybe we're looking at a similar situation here?

I just want to confirm that Friendcaster will sync your contacts. Just one BIG problem, you will have a ****load of contacts and you cannot filter out the ones without numbers..
Guys, this is because Facebook wasn't abiding by Google's terms, so they removed the option for syncing facebook contacts. The only viable alternative as of now, is installing Friendcaster.

I remember hearing about this on Cnet's Buzz out loud
This was talked about a while back on Buzz out loud.
At the time Facebook would import from any source but would not export as they didn't want to give that info out.
In other words they were happy to import all your contact data from any other source so they could get ahold of it. But they did not want to return the favor if you wanted to import your contact info from Facebook into the same source you just imported into Facebook from.
This was a while back, so I don't know if this was resolved. Facebook was claiming they were protecting their user's data.
The general feeling was not too good towards facebook on Buzz out loud. Their feeling was the contact data belongs to the person holding the account and they should be able to sync it if they want to.
It is well known that Facebook has bad blood with Google.
Hopefully this situation has changed as this was several months ago. But with Facebook you really never know what they are gonna do.
I see a lot of posts talking about how facebook sync was removed from the core android features.
I think that misses the point.
Facebook sync was a feature in the facebook app in gingerbread (At least, I can confirm this was the case prior to the app update. I'll confess I didn't go looking for it post update).
If it's currently available in gingerbread, I'd expect we'd see it available in ics following an update to fb.
/totally speculating
Carnagey is right. From what I have seen it won't come until that dispute is resolved...

There is no Facetime client for Android, so your question is pretty much moot.
If you mean video chat, Google Hangouts works great for me.
I use Skype also.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I mean video chat. With Skype the receiver must use Skype, too. If not, there is a charge (?) for using Skype without receiver using Skype.
Tried Google Hangouts and immediately I get unsolicited messages from people I don't know?
I always leave my chat clients offline. I only turn them on if I know I'm going to video chat with someone.
Skype is free for both parties if you both use the client and have Skype accounts.
Unfortunately there's no way to block unsolicited requests in Hangouts. I just add unknown people to my block list if they try and message me while I am online.

for video chat Hangouts is perfect, the reason you are getting unsolicited chats is because your gmail address was leaked to bots from craigslist, dirty sites etc and you accepted them into your friends. delete them and you'll be fine.

Thanks again for trying to help.
In that case, from your phone Hangouts, go to the unwanted person's message - then hit the menu button and click People & Options > Block XXXX XXXXX person
if you continue to get new messages from random strangers all the time then maybe it might be time to consider getting another gmail account and giving this one only to friends / family members
Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I think I will stay with Tango for now as it is working fine for me. The only shortcomings are:
1. I cannot find a place/menu/settings to disable INVITE?
2. Is there an option to identify FAVORITES rather than FRIENDS? With FRIENDS you see all of your contacts.

Skype is owned by Microsoft.
