How to reflash rom,i have no custom roms installed, and no recovery app
Download a ftf file for your phone then move it to flashtool folder then firmwares then open flashtool then press the flash icon then choose flashmode then select your ftf file follow the instructions and your phone will take a few minutes to switch on first time but it helps this method can be used to unbrick and to return to stock YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA WITH THIS METHOD BUT IS 100% WORKING

Mobile ODIN will allow you to do this.
As for where the file goes, the default download location from the browser is /sdcard/download.
If you're using the XDA app, the default is /sdcard/xda_download.
Can i flash from recovery and not with ODIN without using my pc?

Assuming your phone is rooted, you don't need a pc to flash a ..zip rom or .tar.md5 files. Mobile Odin will do the .tar.md2 and Goomanager will install a TWRP recovery and flash .zip files.

If you have a custom recovery flashed (I use CWM, witch you can get by downloading the ClockWorkMod app from the play store.), then all you have to do is boot into recovery (While powered off, hold volume up + home + power button untill the Samsung logo appears then immediately release all.), and install .zip from sd card. The files you download are most likely in your "download" folder on your sdcard. Make sure when you boot into recovery, to do a full wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, and wipe divalk cache (advanced menu) before flashing. This ensures a clean flash. Happy flashing!
Please help, the guide I posted didn't work.
I booted into fastboot and erased everything.
Now it doesn't even turn on.
Ps. plz move this to the right section
Use flashtools and reflash a stock rom.
If you can delete every thing from fastboot, I guess you used CWM. To make it boot again:
1. If you already backup rom before, just restore it from CWM. If not, follows next step.
2. Download rom (stock, cm...).
3. Reboot into cwm and flash it.

If u can go to cwm
U can just download any stock rom or modded rom and reflash them
or u can download flashtool and flash original ftf from there
Flashing original .ftf will be good...
Fixed it thanx

Hi everybody,
I have a stock Xperia arc S fully stock. Today I try to root my device and after I sucessufuly complete the root, I've started to unnistall all the unnecessary apps in order to improve the device speed. I was thinking I was doing everything right but I think I have unnistalled some apps that a shoudn't. After I exit the Titaniun backup I've notice that I have no launcher, so I try to reboot the device. After that it does not pass the second logo and I don't know what to do. Last time I've had the USB Debug off and now I can't turn it on to restore via PC company and I've allready try to flash the previous kernel but I really think the problem is related to some apps that I've had unnistall. Do you think you can help me solve my problem?
Thank you for your time :l

wipe cache &dalvik; run aroma from cwm and select your preference
You not do a backup via cwm recovery just reinstall backup if you have.

If you installed cwm..
Then go to cwm when you power on by pressing volume down +power on
And do factory reset
Else download latest stock Rom(.ftf files) and flash via flash tools
Check the tutorials first

Is there a way to install rom from pc? I can''t reboot to recovery because my volume buttons dropped out and i tried other methods to boot into recovery but it just can't reboot to recovery.
Repack it as a ftf and flash it through flashmode

forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2689821
you need root, busybox, cwm
INSTRUCTIONS: FROM THE POST I LINKED
Fresh Install (recommended)
1. Have JB latest Stock Kernel, Roger's Baseband in case of LT28i, Root and Recovery
2. Format System/Data/Cache in TWRP or Mount and Format the same in CWM
3. Install the ROM and Reboot. Nothing else is needed
If you are already on CM-10 by Mr.Gezz, you might be able to restore your Data partition. In this case, after
initial installation steps above:
1. Reboot, let the rom settle, then restart the phone and go to TWRP
2. Restore your previously backed up CM-10 rom: DATA ONLY!!! The only thing you might have different is if you had a different SU app, you now might have two. In this case, delete the one you are not going to use. Although, this method should work fine, the preferred way is always: Fresh Install
Thanks for the jelp
