I'm getting wifi issues on the Andromadus and Virtuous Quattro Roms.
Wi-Fi works fine on Andromadus v.8 but refuses to turn on in v.9 and in Virtuous Quattro. Help me out becuase I either have a choice between a ROM with no camera or one with no Wi-Fi

I had the same issue when I upgraded from v8 to v9. I tried wiping completely and reinstalling v9 fresh, and I have wifi again. It is worth a try!
Someone may know of an easier way to fix this...
Tried that with both roms, seems like Andromadus 8 is the only one with wifi
I had wifi on Andromedus v8 and Virtuous Quattro RC1 and RC2, but I haven't tried v9 yet. Have you tried the OhsakaSuperWipe before installing?

use a stable ROM and wait for a solid ics to come out. Shouldn't be too long now
Sent from my HTC Vision using xda premium
Just tried superwipe which didn't work, flashed and reflashed. I don't get it, I think Andromadus v9 should work. I get that RC1 and RC2 might have issues
Also read the Virtuous Quattro thread, various issues with their Wi-Fi but none of their solutions work.
just tried Virtuous Affinity and had wifi as well
I'm trying to download Nitsuj17's Gingerbang Sense 3.6, but I think there is problem with the download link. Other than some sites no longer offering it (yeah SOPA), on the sites that do still offer it, it's the same file as the Sense 3 Patch v3.5.1, the link below it.
Whether I click on the Gingerbang Sense 3.6 or Sense 3 Patch v3.5.1 link the only file I get is tsm_sense_v3.6.zip. I was expecting the ROM and patch to have different files. Anyone know of another place to get Gingerbang 3.6 ROM?
Thanks.
Eric
Hey all!
So I have Battery problems and can't fix it myself and in phone service they hardly can fix it by installing ROM again (they did that once and nothing is better..)
I see that there is no kernels for ICS 4.0.2 yakjuxw ROM, all new kernels are for 4.0.3/4.0.4.
so if I remember fine then Eaglesblood ROM worked somehow fine, but the download link does not work anymore!
I want to flash 4.0.3 ROM so please if you have Eaglesblood v2.1 ROM then can you upload ROM to internet and give me the link?
Thanks..
After some study, it seems PrimoU kiss kernel started to support USB Host one month ago, but I have a PrimoC HOV, any kernel also supports USB Host for it?
Apparent no PrimoC with USB Host for HTC One V

I can find no trace of one either. It seems that special effort with kernel modules are needed too.
Anyone know if one these might have working USB Host support:

Thanks. Do you have references to the procedure to install those, especially which drivers and how to install them? Having bricked my old Buffalo router trying to set it up as a dedicated DNS sever by using what appeared to an OK updated version of DD-WRT I am walking around very carefully in regards to burning new kernels into firmware. Just getting used to Busybox etc. My long term interest is to use old Android phones as specialty servers once retired from cellular use. They don't use much power and have built-in UPS capability. Ideally I would like to connect via USB Ethernet adapter. Still trying to determine if the phone could draw rather than contribute power from a powered USB hub in OTG/Host mode.

Yeah, I caught that. I almost was ready to do PrimoU flash previously because it advertised USB support and I had an article how to go about that. Then I started to notice the difference between PrimoU and PrimoC and heavens knows what other dragons await. Do not wish to get bagged on flashing two weeks in a row.
Hi,
I'm trying various ROMs for my Desire. Evervolv is quite good, though alpha. Just wanted to say that I can not get Wifi tethering working with WPA or WPA2, even with turnaround provided in the thread ([ROM][PRE-ALPHA] Jelly Bean 4.2.2 - Pre-alpha 4 [16.04.13]).
