Are you unable to post replies in other threads? (You created this thread, so you obviously can post something)
Do you have a problem problem downloading attachments?
What kind of error messages are you getting?
Any details you provide will help us diagnose the problem and come up with an answer for you.
Also, in the future, any messages regarding the forum it self and not the phones should be posted in 'About' section.

[Q] PLEASE HELP ME: Where do I start with putting Android on my Kaiser?

I am lost in terms of where to begin. Could someone please point me in the direction of a beginner's installation guide for Android on Kaiser? On forum are many answers to the question "how to start". On the first page you have a guide "How to replace Windows Mobile with Android (Guide)". Also l1q1d made two guides: http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/androidhtc/wiki/HowToInstallWithAtoolsNand and http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/androidhtc/wiki/HowToInstallWithAtoolsHaret (this, if you don't want to remove windows).

It looks like the "G2 Android Development (Verizon)" forum located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development-verizon has been renamed to "Verizon G2 Android Development" located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-g2/development.
Problem for me is I cannot remove the old forum from my subscribed forums list. If I unsubscribe from it, it unsubscribes me from the new one when they are both present. If I am using the XDA Android app and I chose the old forum name, it will take me to the desktop site version of the new forum. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

This is one for the server admin I think.
