I have the same problem since I started using pays rom v1.9 and v2.0. With other roms this does not happen. Further more I cannot set the apn settings as that calls the same function and also crashes.

Hi All,
I am having problems using the "Check In" function on Facebook. Every time I try to "Check In" it gives me the following error "Cannot check in at this time. Please try again later. [100/Param group_id must be a valid group id].
Any ideas on how to solve this on my Arc LT15a?
Clear data for anything relating to FB and try again.

Hi,
I have change build.props ro.product.model to One X and still when I connect device to pc AutoPlay dialog shows EndeavorU is connected?
Is there another place where I need to change it?
I used System Tuner to change ro.build.model text.

Go to Settings -- App manager --
On the right side, the 3-dot menu, tap "show system"
Scroll down and find
-"HTC DM" - tap on it, hit "storage", tap "manage space" and "clear cache". It should flash and say application data reset
might not hurt to also force stop it.
Do the same - clear data, cache, force stop for the two apps under HTC DM, called "HTC DM Command Service", and "HTC DM Settings Plugin"
restart phone
This is what seemed to work for me. Your results may vary. If it doesn't work the first time, try doing it a couple times. If this doesn't work you could try using TI backup, or ES File manager to clear app data from HTC DM app. I think this is where the system update prompts reside even though you've already done an update. Hope this helps.

Need to make sure it's not the HTCdm with the space. The actual one that does it does not have a space. Also, when giving this advice out its helpful to verify the user isn't a stock user who simply updated firmware only. Those will continue to see the message. Very rarely does someone naturally see this message and get to clear it manually to continue.
