Are there any ICS rooted with bloatware removed available yet? Needed for Telus
You'll have to dig through the dev section to find what you are looking for.. There are plenty of ICS roms to choose from.. Either here or in the Skyrocket forum.. If you want a debloated rom you should try jedi mind trick its light and very stable

I need to re root. But either stock ROM that I mod myself, or jmt, that's a very stable fun yet clean ROM.

+1 on that. I'm currently using Jedi Knight 2. Absolutely awesome ROM. very stable and fast. Since I'm newbie, I can't post any comment on the development section.
Couple issues I would like to mention:
- the DSP manager is very selective. Doesn't work with 3rd party music player like pandora. I found the solution by uninstalling the current dsp manager with titanium backup and reinstall using version that works system wide. I absolutely loved it!
- I added battery saver mod (CPU Sleeper) from play store by Eugene. it certainly make the battery last lot longer and cooler.
- I added couple extra apps that were ported from S3 like S-Voice, S-Suggest, S-Memo. All running smoothly without single hitch.
- I also added Google Now that was ported from Jellybean. Work like a charm!
- Upgraded to CWM touch 6.0.1.4. Highly recommended. more stable and I experience zero issues.
Since this is pure experimental for me, sometimes during upgrade, I hit couple issues like rooting issues, unable to connect to network provider, slow performance, etc. Finally I found the right way to restore backup by doing preliminary cleanup :
- wipe cache partition
- wipe dalvik cache
- SUPER wipe and Cache wipe using darkside script.
- Lastly, format system.
So far everything running smoothly.

+1 for Koodo V3. Best one I've tried.
+1 to Jedi Knight. I'm running the beta version for Jedi Knight 3, but it doesn't even feel like it's in beta. Had no problems with it whatsoever, and extremely fast and efficient. All bloatware removed.

I just installed the official Jedi knight 3 last night.
so far so good. couple issues :
1. The first time installed the ROM, after waiting for >10 minutes, I got setup menu crash. but it I can proceed with the setup without problem.
2. Awesome beats is not working with third party music player like Pandora. I have DSP manager version that works with 3rd party (system wide).
If pmtr3 can fixed this, this will be awesome.
Running AOKP ICS Milestone 6 with a koodo radio (Telus SIIX).... Was running CM9 for a month or so as well... I'd recommend either, I like some of the customizations in AOKP a bit more though...found them both very stable and smooth

Glad you like it. If you were to compare performance to Jedi Knight v3 or JMT v9 you would probably change your view point of view. Yet we'd rather you modified your attitude instead.
Also it's funny that jovy23's (Darthstalker dev) first credit goes to... ptmr3 the Jedi ROM dev!

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1984546
It may work with others since it is just an android.policy.jar change but backup just in case. Actually backup either way.
If it works on any other Roms let me know and I will add it to OP.

Think it matters what Kernel is used? I'm on JEDI X6 with Perseus Alpha... Just afraid of fooking anything up.
Somthing in the libs or xml changes my lockscreen image to black. Anyway to fix that so it doesnt affect the wallpaper. Wouldn't mind putting this in my rom update
I am also experiencing the same problem with the file changing my lockscreen wallpaper black.
It seems to work but with the black wallpaper, you can't really see the ink effect.

Hmmm.. The libs were from stock rom and there were no xml changes, just android.policy.jar.
I know for me it changed my lockscreen wallpaper back to the rom default so maybe your rom default wallpaper is black. YOu should be able to change wallpaper. I have changed mine a lot since I started using it.
It didn't touch my wallpaper at all, flashed with no issues on Jedi VI, with both Perseus and Note2Core kernels.
Options are still blacked out in the settings :/ On Jedi X6
EDIT: Never mind. Removed my live wallpaper and it worked again. Looks great

You could try MOAR rom v5.01 which was recently updated and has the GS4 Photo Editor, Group Play, GS4 icons, GS4 Gallery, 8 different lock screens, any color ink effect, speed and performance tweaks, a few additions and mods from the developer and TONS other stuff. Installation is through Aroma and includes morphology. It's based on the MD4 release for the GS3 but it's a pretty decent daily driver. It's extremely smooth and blows out any other TW based rom I've tried.

Just start reading the different Rom OP's till you find one that suits your needs, or interests you. One piece of advice is to make a Nand of your current setup before you start Flashing .

Hey, I've noticed that whenever I scroll up and down on lists, there is some distortion on the list items, not very noticeable but it's starting to worry me. I have a Note 2 running PACMAN Rom v23 and neak kernel. Please any ideas on how to fix this or what could be the cause?
Anybody?
Sent from my Galaxy Note II using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Does this occur when you are in your settings menu? And is your settings menu split into two?
This happens for example when browsing feeds on Facebook app, or in transition animations, on most situations actually...
Sent from my Galaxy Note II using Tapatalk 4 Beta
I know for sure it's not hardware related since everything works fine using a stock rom.
Sent from my Galaxy Note II using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Which kernal are you using?
Try neak kernal 2.2 fast and great battery
Redpill great speed but lower bat
Devil all round good and you get dual boot!
I'm using Neak kernel 2.0.2, always use it and never had this artifact issue before

Hello friends... I have dn3 4 RC Rom. Everything works perfect and I love this rom, but my problem is that my touchwiz often lags while scrolling screens. I haven´t a lot of widgets there. I wiped TW cache and data too, but no change... I tried reinstall rom too... could anyone help me?
Thank you
... sorry for my english
Tw can lag. I'd either use nova launcher which is very similar and won't lag or a custom kernel like agni and activate touch boost and over clock to 1800 as well

Hmm, do you think it would help to use custom kernel?... My device run fast, without any problems,,,just touchwiz screens lags :/ ... appdrawer run smooth...
I don´t understand, why it lags on so good device...
Dn3 rom is a note 3 based rom. The twizz launcher is from the note 3 which has 3gig of ram while we only have 2. That's probably why it lags. I'm on Dn3 on the n7105 and touch boost enabled does help a bit

I'm on the n7105 so not sure what works on 4.4 twizz. Devil kernel works on 4.4 aosp not sure about twizz but it should. That has touch boost and can be over clocked. It will help but it won't be as quick as nova

We don't have official kernel released for 4.4 touch wiz. . Once Samsung releases that. . We can have custom kernels

As a note 2 user I'm looking forward to custom roms/ touchwiz based roms with note 3 features. Dn3 RC is really good even though it's still a leaked rom, but when the official comes out for us note 2 users and if the next dn3 will be based on it then that would be really2 good. One thing I like about KK is that ram usage.
