It's the recovery mode u r on , in which the icon of android as shown is not dying actually it shows that u r on android recover mode to make changes to ur android system .

It depends on custom rom which rom are you using? Use ballis odex f7 rom wit no lags :thumbup:

Rooting only opens up your system files just like being administrator in windows. That does not affect battery life. BUT it is the apps that you install AFTER ROOTING that will have effect on battery. Also there is WAKELOCKS. Try to search the xda university about wakelocks.

I've a download link of stock rom.. It's uploaded to hotfile.. I'm not able to download from it.. When the file downloads around 250mb..it stops downloading.. I've tried 5-6 times so i think some problem with hotfile only.. Does anyone have the rom uploaded to another website?

Lol music.soul , I have figured out bln exploit for our grand.. touch keys can be used for notification. Moreover exploit is working with all different notification. I mean different for whatsapp and different for sms.. as of now I am testing it. Its flawless till now...

Yes as accesibility option. I'm talking about bln, back and menu light used as notification. It working flawless. I don't think I will officially post it as piracy issues linked but if it happens to be free from privacy than there will be official thread. This exploit dint work on 4.2.1 as per I tried. Lets see...

You can also only download usb drivers from Samsung if ya don't want the program..that's what works for me..

This is my 1st post to Xda i have bought new Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 issue with my phone is that when i try to play any HD game just after loading game crashes and i return to Main Menu plz help me out i am newbie....

Dude, I had u problem long time ago, u know till I believed that my phone didn't support HD games, but the thing is to be that I most of the time didn't follow the instructions for example some games says install apk then place the data on a specific folder, so I put the data and installed, then had a crash. . Anyway, as exactly as Mukeshc told u, u have to update to 4.2.2 but there's something, when u are in 4.1.2 u can copy an obb file from ur PC to ur sd card normally using the usb, but on 4.2.2 u can't do that, u have to use for example ES file explorer or do as I do, I copy the obb folder to my external sd then COPY "not move" it to sd/android/obb ... hope it helped, as am newbie as u
