I am looking for a way in Sense 5 to remove the icon labels without using something like desktop visualizer. I would rather it be system wide instead of creating icon after icon one by one with desktop visualizer.
Thanks
I'd like to know how to do that in sense desktop too..

+1 to this.
It would look much cleaner. The only way to do this now is to use a 3rd party launcher like Go Launcher Ex where it gives you the option. But, you loose the Sense 'desktop' so to speak as well as most Sense widgets and Blinkfeed. Not to mention it does suck some more power/battery.
Would really be great if a dev could come up with this mod only. If it is possible with Go Launcher, then it would be possible as a standalone flashable zip or replacement apk.

Please, what are these small edits? And what call recorder is that icon for? I've been looking for one that works with the ONE.

no this is the Go Weather Widget
THANKS!
I was scrounging through the Play Store, looking for that clock.
When I saw the Go Weather Widget, I thought I had found it, but ended up passing it by.
I'll go give it another look!
Better alternative? More customizaton
Hmmm..... if you looking for a lot of themes and customization for clock I would recommend Fancy Widgets. And you can get a very similar look to the on in the screen shot.

+1. I used go weather for a little while, but its pretty invasive. Gotta install 3 apps for it to work (go weather, go weather widget, and go weather launcher), and GPS updating was a bit buggy. Been using Fancy widgets, and not only is more customizable, but its minimally invasive.
I use something that can get that similar look and it is Beautiful Widgets. I hope that helps in some way shape or form.
I want this widget

Lock pretty, and vould be nice if somebody spend his time to port this widget
I took the apk (DigitalClockWidget2) from the 43_A700_RV07RC06_EMEA_FR.zip rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1720157 (tnx paugustin)
installed it as a normal apk and it says installed (see pic) and it's in the widgets list but when I try to add the widget to the homescreen it says application not installed ... hmm ... i'm guessing it needs some more files or libs or whatnot, maybe someone can pick the ball up from here
yes please if someone could port it pleaaase love it!
Thanks in advance!
nobody
It might be like motorola widgets, it needs Acer launcher to be added as widget on the home screen, but I can't find acer's launcher, you may give it a try

Nope, I have Iconia A500, and I can use those widgets at any launcher. Maybe build.prop checks or framework?
Saw this picture on Droid Life but not familiar with the Clock/Weather widget. Can anyone tell me where I can get this one from?

Looks like stock touchwiz clock/weather widget.
Sent from my Paranoid GTab2 (P3113)
Could be stock touchwiz or uccw that's my guess.
Sent from my IPhone running the latest AOKP.
it's the clockweather widget of the touchwiz.you can have that by installing THIS addons.it has also lots ot others samsung stuff,if you don't want others things, like sounds, apk etc delete them from the zip you download.i think you can grab also only widgets that you request, but i doubt they works without a tw frameworks.i reccomend install the full package and at least delete before some apk or sound only
Is this clock widget available only in Jelly Bean? Any chance I can get it on SGS2 on 4.0.4?
Also how do I customize the search bar to be all white?

UCCW clock widget has a theme for that and ANY other layout you can imagine. The app is free in the market and themes are available in the Android Themes forum.

Simply install them as apk and press thanks if you like it.
Note: Clock widget will only work with the motorola launcher.
Nav bar is not included.
I'll have to try it out later when I get home.

So far I've only tried it on ICS+ based roms and on the following devices: GSII, GSIII, GNexus and Tmo Note II. Worked on all.
Oh man if only this (circles widget) worked with Apex launcher. That would be fantastic. Tested on JB it is working but only with the Moto Launcher, which I really don't care for. Anybody know how to "fix" the circles widget to work on other launchers?
Sorry only way to get a widget similar to this one is to download the "One More Clock Widget Free" or the paid app in the playstore and choose the chrome circle clock skin.

It started with edgarf28's amazing Pure Edition Touchwiz rom. I wanted to change some of the Samsung app icons and the horrible looking app drawer icon. Easiest solution would be a 3rd party launcher but I didn't want to mask the Touchwiz launcher, I actually really like it. So I located the APK where the app drawer icon resides and edited to look like the picture above. Keeping Touchwiz "untouched" I downloaded Galaxy Icon Themer (Pro, for the support). It lets you pick individual custom icons from icon packs and assign them to apps. Taking it one step further I extracted the icons and made some size adjustments in Photoshop before loading them back into the device and assigning to each app.
TL;DR
If you're looking to change the app drawer icon, the APK is shown below.
/system/priv-app/TouchWizHome_ZERO_MR1 [Within the APK] res/drawable-sw360dp-xxxhdpi-v13/ic_allapps.png
