hey guys i was wondering if anyone new if the same volume hack that was in
the tweaked rom exist for maybe an aosp rom. i really like the rom but i am an aosp guy.
the reason i am still on it is because the volume increase is real and actually makes a deference.
i have tried things like n.e.a.k kernel on aosp roms but didn't hear a difference. so thats why i want the one used in the
touchwiz rom..

So I may be one of the few people that actually really likes TouchWiz. I have CM9 on my HP Touchpad, which is great, but I feel some of the widgets that TW has are perfect for me.
With that said, I really want JB on my ATT Galaxy s3. Are there any TouchWiz based ROMS for JB out there that are fully stable? I just read today that we may not get JB for a while, which sucks.
Thanks!
Try this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1869300 It's based off of the T-Mobile leak of Samsung's touchwiz JB with extra features. It's the Milestone 6 version you are looking for.
would you say it's stable enough for heavy daily use? thanks!

I tried it a few times and didn't run into any problems, battery life was decent and ROM overall was VERY fast. I just really like some of the tweaks that the stock ICS Ariel Rom provides that I keep switching back to Ariel. The main features I like are the center clock option, music track change with volume controls and the CRT off animation. If I were to use another ROM it would be that JB leak I listed. For now, just using Ariel ICS rom until the official build comes out for AT&T and Ariel upgrades to JB.
That same developer is making a TW/AOSP Hybrid ROM called "Hannah" just stay subscribed to him, he is an amazing developer and really listens to his users to find and fix any bugs that may be present.

Hi guys,
I was wondering will we have tweaks any soon on JB roms? Something like on ViperX rom.
I mean, most important tweaks to me are to be able to skip tracks with volume buttons and to disable sense lockscreen to use stock one. Maybe those two are already possible?
Thanks

I've 'gotta be honest, in my opinion, just wait until Team Venom release a ViperX'd Jellybean, the main reason Team Venom aren't rushing with it is because the developer doesn't want to leave anybody behind (me... and other people with incompatible cid's), which personally, i think is a good thing. So your best bet, in my opinion is to follow the Viper X thread and wait for the release (when everyone is supported) I swear by Viper X and any team venom developed rom, i will not be jumping ship. Ever.
I know i might have asked this question before, but is there a fix for the speakerphone issue with AOSP/non-touchwhiz roms? i really like the roms but i cant live without speaker phone.
Get another ROM... Such big bugs can't be solved easily...
Sent from my mighty Xperia Arc S
ive mostly been using TW roms... but i want to try aokp/aosp roms again
Speakerphone always worked fine for me on aosp. If its too quiet use something like volume+ or voodoo to boost the volume
I like to break stuff!
Hey,
I love AOSP roms but I need a loud phone. I have noticed that with AOSP roms installs the sound is not even close to as loud as when I install a TW rom. Is there a reason for this? Can it be fixed?
does anybody know how to get better audio quality on aosp roms? it sounds like absolute garbage and ive since gone back to a sense rom. dsp manager sucks and viper4android didnt make much of a difference....
Offtopic : thats why i stopped using any of the roms based of CM, too many issues and they are never stable. not worth it to put so much energy on in my opinion. Unless you own a nexus. then yea , i can undestand installing a cm based rom.
