Hi, I am trying to see if i could get help and some information on how to fix the glass screen on my galaxy s3 for sprint. I just bought the glass screen alone with the tools.I was also wondering if it is even possible to do it without having to buy the lcd screen. I just talked to one of my local phone repair stores and they told me that I need to buy the LCD plus the glass screen. I really need help as soon as possible to see if i should return the glass screen that i just bought today. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if anyone has this same problem in the display of your GNEX.
Where are visible two bars at the top and the bottom of the display, this situation is more noticeable when the brightness of this display near the minimum ...

Hi, i think it's a problem called burning of the screen or something like that (if the two bands are in the status/nav bar's position it's more likely it)... Try to use the app screen diagnostic made by a forum member called oren bengigi, you can find it in the play store or linked in the forum!

Today I had to replace the glass on my ATT Galaxy S3. To my suprise I successfully did it. When I opened it up though I noticed that on the inside was my button strip. On the button strip it said "Galaxy i9300" I just thought it was odd that it said that. Does anyone know if they use parts from the International version on every phone?

Yes, most parts are interchangeable...not all
Yo
I have a crusty old Nexus One that my buddy gave me a year or so ago, but I want to get a new phone now.
The S4 looks great, but isn't the price going up on the 13th, just a few days from now?
If that's the case, I might want to just go and buy it.
I am the kind of person who would buy the Google Play Edition of the S4, but since you can get it cheaper through T Mobile right now for less, and then I'm probably just going to put cyanogen on it anyway, there's no point in getting the S4GE.
I could wait a month or two if I thought a better deal was coming along some time soon, but I kind of doubt that will happen until Christmas time rolls around.
So, is it true that the price is going up, and does anyone know of any other promotions going on that would help me out?

Hello everyone, so I have a question I need to ask since made a big mistake and left T-Mobile before they switched over to what they are now… I opened a Sprint contract with a GS4, traded it for an IPhone 5 then traded again for a Note 2…. Question, I hate the Note 2 because of it still on 4.1.2 for past months and even though there is Rom support… Data issues are Horrible (I don’t mean Sprint Service in general)… So, I’m going to go on Craigslist to get a used Sprint device until availability of Nexus 5, should I sell the Note 2 for a Galaxy S4 or HTC One to use on Sprint...
One more question would the Note 2 get Kit Kat Rom Support?
Sounds to me like you just need do some device/brand homework to figure out what features you're looking for and appeal to you.
BTW...Sprint will begin rolling out android updates starting 11/20, and next time try searching through Q&A it addresses all of these questions.
