Looking for a 3 Device frame image - Nexus 4 Themes and Apps

Strange request but I am looking for a version of the Nexus 4 frame image that everyone is using in the "Post your homescreens" ideally I was looking for one that had three devices on it so I could show off three different homescreens.
I remember someone posting a frame a while back and I actually downloaded it but lost the link and the download -_- So if someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful ^_^

They look like just the trick, do they allow you to create three at once?

Extra "Fun Frames" on my HTC S620

Does anybody know how you can add more frames to Camera on the HTC S620. Ive just come back from holiday and when I was using the Camera for a few "fun pix" I was greatly dissapointed in the lack of choice... basicaly it only had four week frames to choose from. So as soon as I got back I went about getting some more frames for my phone.... which I found, but my phone cant find them. Ive already tried adding a "Frames" folder to "My Documents" both on my phone and the storage card but yet the phone doesnt recognise any of the frames. Anybody else have this problem or even better can anyone else give me instruction on how to get it to work?
if anybody wants to know the Camera Software im using is the Camera for Smartphones version 4.52 that came pre installed with the phone as I dont want to be having more than one installed.
Just out of curiosity, what's a fun frame?
I knew the camera software on the Dash could do "effects" like sepia or negative. Never heard of the above.
I am in the same boat, what exactly is a "fun" frame just wondering?
oh, I assumed all the HTC S620's had all the same basic software I wasnt aware that Frames wernt available on all models.
What I mean by fun frames is like Magazine Covers which you select and take a picture with the frame on top of it.
The four that come with the BT ToGo version which I have is one which has two magazine covers on (you take two pictures and they get put into the frame), a cartoony spikey frame, one which looks like a notice board with two pictures on and finally a folding frame that holds three pictures...
the problem is that they are too specific like the memo on the notice board say "I love you" on one and "happy birthday" on the other... and the three way folding frame has love hearts on so it isnt like you can use them on any occasion.
...Picture Themes, thats what they are!!! Mabey I would have got more response if I posted under that.
Yea this is a ROM specific function. I remember having this on my T-Mobile SDA. You could have images pre drawn on the screen with a spot in the middle of the screen so yo could take a picture and use the template around the picture. For example: i had one that was a template of bubbles, snorkle and face mask, and if you got the picture aligned properly you could make it look liit the person you wrre taking a pic of was wearing the snorkel and mask and look like they were underwater. Kinda cool effect. I never noticed this feature on the DASH though.
edit: i just found the templates on WM 6.1 , but the four that are preloaded are pretty lame.
Aaaaahhhhh, never mind Ive found out how you do it...
the trouble was BT never provided me with a manual with the phone, its all done online in PDF format now. But after trawling through the PDF I eventually found out how to add extra frames -
Template Folder (Picture Theme only). By default, templates are
stored in the \My Documents\Templates folder on the device’s Main
Memory. If you transferred some templates to a storage card (via File
Explorer), set this option to Main + Card to specify that templates are
located in both the main memory and the storage card.

so thats where I was going wrong, I had read somewhere that the folder had to be called Frames... when that didnt work I renamed it Template when all along it should have been Templates.
Thanks anyway.

do you have any templates to share?
Templates
Here you go.
Uh, I know it's not rocket science, but my upload keeps failing, I was trying to upload a few templates that I have for the DASH, Excalibur, etc.
Yeah I have found one or two good ones, I will try and post them sometime today
A couple of Wako Jacko's from BoSelecta (one just does the face while the other takes the face and background)
a Shrek and Fiona and a Wanted poster for now...
I think the frames from Sony Ericson phones should work (320x240) so im going to see if I can find them on my girlfriends phone and copy them onto my excalibur. The Sony Erricsons have some great fun frames and to be honest a really good camera built into their phones.
Does the frame need a special neme or extension?.
In Which folder need to be placed?
PS: Sorry my bad English

eBookLauncher (new homescreen)

I have finally got a nook
so, I have started porting my Sony homescreen replacement to work on the nook
so far it can get the list of books and shelves (collections), but not much else.
http://code.google.com/p/sonyprst1home/
I'll try to keep this thread updated with how it's going
please let me know if you would like to test this out (I can send you an apk to install)
All new releases will now be made on the google code page above.
it would be grat to have the apk and some screenshot
i would be interested to see a screen shot...
Awesome! Time to test it! I'm at school right now, so this is probably a terrible idea, but I might as well have something to do, right?
Edit: Have some screen shots. Ignore the 10:16 in corner of all the screen shots, I have an app that does that. (Sorry for the massive post)
Mini-Library / Homescreen
Pressing Menu on the Homescreen
Pressing "My Home Settings" here brings you to this screen
Library
Apps Page 1
Apps Page 2
It still seems to have various elements in color besides the app icons and the book covers.

And you are running the apk you downloaded from this thread?
I'll have a look, but I thought I had taken out the code trying to open the database directly.

Only the main page, books and collections screen have been worked on so far.
I haven't even opened the other screens yet, so opening them could do anything (including crash)
It is worked ! , thank you

i`m use apk from http://code.google.com/p/sonyprst1home/downloads/detail?name=SonyPrsT1Home-0.0.4.14.apk&can=2&q=
At now, i solved this issue by editing permissions of file from screenshoot path "chmod 666".

if you use the apk from this thread, it uses a different method of accessing the database, and doesn't need permissions changed on the database file.
Wow, I love this forum!!
From what Googie posted, I can see this is another cool thing to try out.
Now to get an SD card.

Wow, thanks for the great work. Really nice application for too many books and collections.
However, as the project was opensource, are you going to release the modified source somewhere? in a branch or tag or something?
I would like to see the screensaver feature working for last launched book, would try myself if the code was available.
the code is already available at the google code site in the first post

As you mentioned the APK here has a different way of accessing some file, and I don't see a tag or branch for the nook, I understand that the code is the one for the PRS-T1, correct me if I am wrong.
It's the same code. I am making a single apk that will run on a Sony and a nook (and other devices in future)
First general release (0.1.0.00) which runs on both the Nook and Sony is now available on my google code page.

Where did you get the pic in the first place... if you trace back the pic, you'll usually find the source.
That looks like a skinned version of impact dialer widget. Search through these and I'm sure you'll find it: https://market.android.com/search?q=dialer+widget&c=apps
@greeced I got the pic from a Droid forums screen shoot forum. The person said they found it on xda.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
Just dragged the image into google image search and its at the bottom of this thread

Not sure where to post this, so i figured i'd try here...
I am new to this world, having just got my first Moto 360 (1st gen). But i would love to have this face for my watch.
pre01.deviantart(dot)net/afa3/th/pre/f/2011/334/a/b/harry_potter_deathly_hallows_wallpaper_by_mrstonesley-d4hsdd9)(dot)png
The outside circle border doesn't even need to be there, as long as the symbol takes up the whole face, where they line up at 12 o'clock.
My thoughts: The circle is the hour hand, the triangle is the minute hand, and the straight line is the second hand. Even where they are centered just as they are in the pic would be awesome looking. If not oriented that way, maybe where the bottom of the triangle is level with 3 o'clock/9 o'clock, and the date is centered at the very bottom in an old English -type script.
Any help with this would be MOST appreciated!!
Link doesn't appear to be any good.

[Q] Design advice required

Hi All, I'm a long standing Windows developer who is dipping his toes into mobile development and Android, what is the preferred method of creating a form ( in Windows speak ) to enter / edit data. For example I have a database of contacts and I want to be able to create / edit them in a separate window. I know I can create a separate activity to do the work there but that seems overkill and also if I'm only editing three or four fields it would look ridiculous on a 10 inch tablet. I've looked at alertdialog and DialogFragment but I don't think they are meant for what I'm trying to do.

To be specific, are you asking how to make it look or how to code it?
From what I'm understanding, you're doing a DialogFragment as you've spoken--try customizing it.
Maybe if you mock up what you are trying to do we could give you a better option.

What I'm asking is what class should I use that resembles a Windows form, I'm OK coding ( I do it for a living ) I keep reading about Fragments and the like but can't find an example that doesn't take up the whole screen, is there such an animal in Android ? Maybe I'm looking for something that doesn't exist, thanks for your interest

I would take a stab at an Alert Dialog. It sounds like you just want a new window/modal/form to pop up and have editable characteristics. I believe the alert dialog is the closest you will get without hand coding. You can always fake it by creating an animation that gives the appearance of a form.
Youu can always fake it by creating an animation that gives the appearance of a form.

The most simple way for me to explain would be to point you towards the 2D Graphics section of the Android Developers documentation. This is the best starting point.
Hi there and thanks for your time, whilst browsing that site I came across a link which led me to a site demoing custom views and I found a good example there which will do me perfectly - thanks again
