In this thead I will explain how to install the new camera of Google.
I confirm that this mod works in our galaxy w!
download apk: mirror1---mirror2---mirror3
copy the apk in the system/app/
change the permission in rw-r--r- (i use Root Browser to change the permission)
now reboot the phone and you have the new camera in the menu

When you install this new gallery.apk (with new google camera) it'll ask you to replace the original one but that not really replaced. You can get original gallery back by uninstall that new gallery in apps setting..

Our device not support HDR feature.
That why Mr. Arco delete HDR in his cm10.1 alpha 2 and up..

because it works for only cm10 and cm10.1, it doesn't work for cm9 or lastest android version.

Using this for a month http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1325108 .No misalignment at 140 dpi.Works fine.

Hey guys.
I'm currently running nims11's GingerCruzt which has this launcher, but with no hot corners.
I tried installing the .apk for HVGA: it prompted to replace a system app, I accepted, but the installation was unsuccessful.
Then I tried to move the .apk to /app/system/, set permissions (rw-r--r--) correctly and rebooted. Didn't work: stopped at bootscreen (although not bootloop).
Can anyone figure out a way to replace GingerCruzt's launcher with this one? Or enable hot corners for it?

1. Install zip from sdcard
2. choose zip from sdcard
3. browse to the Mms_xxxx_CWM.zip

Working for me on an att s3. What I did was extracted the file and rename the mms.apk to SecMms.apk fixed permission and rebooted. Works like a charm. Thank you for this, now I can tell some ppl how I really feel lol.
Edit: when I try to send a text it won't work. ..thanks anyways.

my friends mod it for my group in my country,it had walkman player,beataudio,dolby mobile......alot more.and for for the apk u can only show in notification,but can't in status bar,this mod also make it to show in status bar.u are wrong guy.lol.

u can try,just backup your rom first.i think it should work.it also work for xperia device testd with sola.

Mini music player widget screenshots. App cannot be directly installed. Push it to system/app/ folder and clear your dalvik cache and restart your device. I have tried app on Snapdragon ROM, MINI NOTE 2 ROM AND NEAT ROM. Working fine. Should work fine on all de-odexed ROMs

Does anyone else's camera fc when trying to use some of the filter effects? I'm running cm 10.1.3 and the camera works but when I try to use certain effects it FC's and I'm not sure why that is??
According to op's conversation in the thread, it'll only work properly on TW based roms, that's why it's fc'ing on you.

I got the apk working. What I did was use apk zipme on Google market. Reboot in recover wipe cache & delvik and flash the zip. I had good luck this way. I am sure there other better ways

Has anyone else experienced a random black screen? At random times, I can snap a picture, and the screen will just go black. The ONLY fix to this so far has been to remove the battery.
Anyone else with this issue? And if so, were you able to fix it?

Uninstall/Reinstall
Fix permissions
Reinstall ROM
Redo root
Still the issues persist
