Will Work In Every Stock And CM7 Rom!

Get jelly bean without a custom rom!!!

Hi guys I have started a thread so that I can teach you that how to get jelly bean on your device without flashing any jellybean custom roms like cyengmod 10 or any other.
Of course you are not going to get the cool new features of jellybean like Google now and project butter but you can make your phone look completely like jellybean.
1) download apex launcher from Google play.
2) then download jellybean theme for apex launcher.
3) then download camera ics from market.
4) then download jellybean keyboard from market.
5) then download jellybean messaging from market.
6) now download ics statusbar from the market.
7) download holo locker for jb lockscreen

......... Now you change the icons from the jb icon pack and your phone will look like it is running jb

Yes. It will just be an ota update to the existing 15 lockscreens

You want what now? A stock ics messaging app modified to 1 mb and works on fl16? I'm not sure you can take system apps and cross them over like that without a lot heavier modding.

no sir at first i did want it to be for ics but i switched roms im on a jellybean now so if anyone can post a modified JB stock messages app that would be great. Im on FL16 to be exact. Maybe if you could pull it from the jellyverse rom that would make my day because I don't know how. thanks again.

exactly what mine looks like but there should be a selection for audio. watch try using a root explorer and share a mp3(small)file with messaging app and it will work.

Well I've tried all 4 versions that I have and not a single one works with carbon 10-13 atleast ... Idk if u want links to them or other people maybe to figure out if it works for other 4.3

Does anyone else's camera fc when trying to use some of the filter effects? I'm running cm 10.1.3 and the camera works but when I try to use certain effects it FC's and I'm not sure why that is??

According to op's conversation in the thread, it'll only work properly on TW based roms, that's why it's fc'ing on you.

Work AOKP 4.2?

It works really good on JMT JB8, based on 4.1.2. I only see some graphics bugs and some lag when I open the app or camera settings. But in general is good. Thanks! :good:

I got the apk working. What I did was use apk zipme on Google market. Reboot in recover wipe cache & delvik and flash the zip. I had good luck this way. I am sure there other better ways

Has anyone else experienced a random black screen? At random times, I can snap a picture, and the screen will just go black. The ONLY fix to this so far has been to remove the battery.
Anyone else with this issue? And if so, were you able to fix it?
Here's what I did:
Uninstall/Reinstall
Fix permissions
Reinstall ROM
Redo root
Still the issues persist
