@ shipped-roms there is only a turkey rom with the equal radio. And there is no german rom, only wwe, us and some cht twr and rus roms.
could i also install a wwe and is there a way to get it to german language? And what is with the radio, is it equal witch i try, because i do not want to brick the phone

Your phone was unlocked or at least the hboot has been updated, so can unlock the bootloader, flash a custom recovery and a custom Rom.

I have tried severally to S-OFF my phone but it is very stubborn. I have unlokced it using HTC Dev but after installing some custom ROMS, my WIFI and sometimes, Bluetooth dont work. I suspect S-ON to be the issue.

Hello,
I had my DHD rooted. When I reboot into bootloader, this is what I get up on the screen:
ACE PVT SHIP S-OFF RL

MICROP-0438

eMMC-boot

Does this mean that the Radio is not S-OFF.
I recently flashed a new ROM and wanted to flash a new radio too. But the process of flashing the new radio failed. Help required because I do want to flash a new radio.

Yes you are S-OFF
But radio can't be flashed trough recovery. If you want to flash a new radio then you need to do it trough bootloader, I got to go now but someone could post a link or I do it later

Found the Solution for this one
Hi, guys. Thanks for replying to my question.
I found the solution to this:
Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to post the link here. But if you search for "How to gain ENG S-OFF" you will get the download files and instructions to do that.
I learned that though my phone was rooted and S-OFF, it was not ENG S-OFF. So I had to attain that first. When I got my phone ENG S-OFF, I could flash a new radio.
Now when I boot into bootloader, I get this on my phone's screen:
ACE PVT ENG S-OFF
HBOOT-0.85.2007
MICROP-0438
RADIO-26.14.04.28_M
eMMC-boot

I hope this solution helps other new users like me.
I'm just going to but my little head in and say eng soff is NOT required to flash a radio. If your device came with gb and you install the eng boot via older methods(not aahk) you will mess up your phone.
For those that do want eng soff capabilities(using fast boot command) use the ace hack kit to install the modified hboot.

Hi, I unlocked the phone visa HTCDev, and flashed 4EXT recovery (through fastboot) and tried to flash CM7 (after full wipe). The phone now gets stuck at the white screen with HTC logo. I also tried to flash Android Revolution HD, the phone remains stuck at the white screen.
I can access HBOOT, BOOTLOADER, and RECOVERY.

HTCDev is not a good option. Always use AAHK to root and S-OFF. Sashank has given some pretty good insight into this topic and ways to amend your mistake. Look at this post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31211732&postcount=396
Hope it helps.

Hello,
Thank you in advance for helping.
I can not install a custom ROM.
I started with a stock DHD unroot without bootloader and S-ON.
--> The bootloader has been unlocked via HTCDev
--> I installed via 'WinDroid HTC Universal Toolkit', TWRP recovery and SuperSU for root.
Despite the installation via the Recovery, the HTC logo stays on the white background and nothing happens, I've left the phone for 15 minutes as well.
