Hi, so I have scoured google for my answer and came across a number of topics pertaining to changing the keys with key files located in the /system/usr/key directory but nothing to fix my home screen key press to default back to "screen 1". When pressed it keeps going to "screen 2". How do I correct this?
In your home screen press the menu bottom, choose edit page and choose the page you want as your home screen.

Awesome thanks!

You can also just use two fingers to zoom out and minimize the homescreens then choose the one you want as the main.

Do we have screen shot capability with our note 2? I hope this isn't a dumb question.

Press power and home button or take your Palm and swipe across the screen.

Hold the button on the pen, touch the screen for a second or two (don't move around).
Hey guys,
As the title says, my power button is broken. I'm currently using the volume rockers and the home key to turn the screen on and off. Is there any way to remap the power button function to the other keys?
Thanks!

Well if you are rooted and on a rom with a navigation bar you can put the power button on that, long press brings up the the menu too. Also, for turning on the screen, ktoonsez kernel has swipe to wake. Slide show across the screen and the phone wakes up.

Remapping comes only when phone is booted up. I don't think there is a way to remap it when turned off without hardware or core firmware built in into motherboard being modified.

Why not send it someplace to have it fixed . I don't recall it being very expensive and probably is under warranty

The capacitive keys on my device seem to be rather unresponsive. Usually, I have to tap a couple of times to get them to work. It also helps if I "light them up" first by touching elsewhere on the screen before touching one of the soft keys.
Is anybody aware of a tweak of fix to crank up the sensitivity of these keys a bit?
There is a "touch sensitivity" setting in the galaxy S 2 settings. Depends on which ROM ur on as to how to access those settings

Only police place I've seen this option was on CM 10.1. Are there any TW ROMs that have that option exposed?
I'm currently on the new BlueKuban.

Attached is the download link for the apk and screenshot for setting permissions. This is a system app so you may need to push to System/app and set permissions

I pressed volume up and the home key at the same time and it gave me some options. I chose something and now annoying arrows hover above my web browser. Volume up and home no longer brings the menu up, so how do I get rid of the annoying arrows?
