I noticed I have this issue too while I am at home and have wifi turned on. A lot of times pictures will half load or be distorted. Is wifi what is causing this?
Yea for some reason pics do not load properly on wifi... I see it all the time since I work for sprint.... its an easy fix usually. Just turn off wifi and try to redownloadit and it should work

I'm not sure if its a problem with my service with sprint, my phone or the roms I'm using. Well lately the past 2 weeks whenever I get a message not sent error on my phone, my phone keeps notifying me until it finally sends the message but the person it sends it to always tells me I've sent them the same text message 10+ times. This first happened to me when I switched from CM7 to MynsWarm. I thought it might be the rom so I switched to MIUI and the error message thing still happens. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any suggestion or help trying to figure out what may be causing this.

I think its the network. My wifes phone does every once in awhile and she has a stock nonrooted intercept. Sounds like a bug with sprint
We're comin from a pure power source.
Do either of you have an Airave? Twice I have heard of this problem, both had Airaves.
Nope, no airave here.

I have been noticing all day today that randomly text messages will fail to send with full bars of service. Anyone else experiencing this problem after updating to JB? Never had a single text message fail to send prior to the update.

My husband got this problem. He kept sending me the same message multiple times because he did they kept failing to send.

having this same problem too after the JB update. Stock Rooted Rom and unlocked. Might be an issue with the new radios.
Same. When the messages were "failing" they were actually getting sent three times in a row. I also had trouble receiving messages. This was the first time I have observed this problem.

Try updating prl
failed messages
When flashing is done, you have to update PRL and Profile.. it should fix those issues.
This is done through settings-->> system updates
I am already using the latest prl. I made sure of updating that and the profile right after the jb update. Seems like the problem has gone away for now at least. Hasn't done it today at all.

Same issue here, but sporadic. I also notice I am having network errors at times when trying to do any one of the system updates, but again, sporadic.
Has everyone got their jb update ? Still haven't received mine.

I'm having the exact same problem. It seems like it happens the most when I have a bad signal but it will also randomly happen with full bars.

i have the exact opposite problem lol. in bad reception my text gets sent about four times
That's what I meant. When I have bad service it will say sending for a long time and sometimes it will say it failed but it sends multiple messages.

1st thing I did after flashing the update/radios was to update profile and prl. Happens sporadically here too.
other type of data issue.. but similar
Ok so my problem is that when using k9 mail and i try to email an exsiting contact, it fails every time. If i copy and paste the address into the email field, it works just fine.. Also my texting sends but it's slow to send... used to be semi instant, but takes several seconds. Any ideas, i have. updated PRL and Profile several times.
Texting
The only problem I have had with texting since the update us that when i try and hit send after typing text its greyed out not green...usually ill exit out of the stock app and go back in and do it again and it will send....usually have that problem few times aday...
Okay so this problem only happens when I am at work with decent signal. Doesn't happen anywhere else that I have noticed. Didn't happen before jb update. It is also sending multiple times my gf says.

See this happens to me at first when i was stock on ics. Messages triple send with latest prl and profile even though it showed sent once. It stopped with a different ROM. Both on lifeless and imperium initiative.
Same here. Texts often fail to send. And it's a toss up, sometimes when it says it failed, it is received and sometimes not. What I've figured out, is that it's mostly on short messages, consisting of 1-3 words! Long messages almost always send fine. MMS, no problem either. I've updated profile and PRL and done a soft reset. I've tried other messaging apps, like Chomp and GoSMS, no dice. Never happened until the JB update.
I made a thread about this a week ago. I did not see this one.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2205523. Still no fix from sprint or have I found any true fixes on here yet. Has to do with the new radios that came with jellybean. This seems to be more problematic in the Chicago area. The only option currently is to go back to ics. It would be nice if someone could figure out how to install ZV7/ZV8/ZV9 radios on jellybean.
Make sure you contact sprint, so they are aware of the problem.

The first issue sounds like a hardware problem, were you able to hear when making or receiving calls before you flashed CM 10.1?
For the second issue, what carrier are you using?
Thanks for helping me, I was able to hear before installing CM
And the 2nd issue is already fixed

Did you make a back up of your set up when the speaker worked last? If so flash back to that back up and see if it works to rule out hardware issues.
No I didn't , I'm thinking about going back to stock and see if it works, and then try to update using some other room
Sent from my SPH-D700 using xda app-developers app
That would be my suggestion.
If the earpiece doesn't work on stock, I would take it to Sprint or who ever your carrier is.

When one of my contacts tries to call me, my phone rings and I am only able to see their phone number but not their name. Their phone info will show in this format 1-234-567-8910; oli;63
When I try to call one of my contacts, it acts normal and also shows in the phone logs. I restored the phone to factory settings, but still not able to solve the problem. Any ideas?
Thanks

Is that what is causing it? Man, I have been trying to fix this all day. I did two factory resets!

Same problem.
Resolved by disable WiFi Calling, wait 60 secs, and turn in back on (if needed)
I Called T-mobile and Tech support sent me couple of SMS and made me turn off and then turn on the phone and called me again and it
seemed to have fixed the problem , but then I realized that problem is fixed from receiving calls from T-mobile numbers or land lines, but the from Verizon number it came with the ;oli;63
This is very strange, hopefully gets fixed soon.
Well I am having another problem now. That is, my phone calls are being rejected automatically when on Wifi calling when the phone is in a deep sleep. I checked under the call settings and changed the auto rejection mode off, but the problem is still there. Can someone else confirm this by chance?

If you are having this issue please report it to T-Mobile so they are aware that it is a wide spread issue and work to fix it.

Ready reported it to T Mobile. Not sure if they will fix it soon enough.
Also not getting HD Voice at all.
I have the same issue. I don't have service in my house, so the wifi calling feature is amazing. I've always used a nexus and hard to use third party apps and voips and connect with gv. For the most part if you recognize the number minus the olli, it's no big for now. I'm glad I can still make calls. Update should fix. At least it doesn't happen on reg network.

I called tech support in T Mo and they are sending me a new Note 3. But I doubt that will resolve the issue.

I turned wifi off; but now when a call comes in it is reported as "unknown." could this be an issue with root? would odining back to factory resolve this?

Alright, just called tmo and they said that they are aware of the problem and working to fix it. Hopefully we should see a fix soon!

When I spoke to TMO yesterday the tech guy said they should have the fix by Thursday. If it is still happening by Friday I will bug them again, so far call from landline and tmobile number are comming in fine.

I got a second Note 3 from T Mo and still see the same Caller ID issue along with no HD Voice call capability.
I am returning mine until they fix the bugs (no HD Voice call support, 5Ghz WiFi connection instability, and this Caller ID problem)
I really would like to keep the phone... I love the huge display... but I think I will have to stick with my HTC One for now.

How can one tell when HD Voice calling is active/inactive?
