Did the sim work before you put JediX on? What model number is your phone? Does your sim do anything in the phone?

Hi yes it was a GSM handset so was unlocked to any network the phone model number is GT-N7100 and there was no network when i installed JediX which is a shame cos really loved the ROM
That rom will likely only run properly on an N7105 or other LTE enabled phone.
I wish I could give you advice regarding where to look however I don't have much to tell you.

I'm no expert in international phones, but it seems you would find a while bunch of ROMs that will work for your phone here

That is the n7100 note 2 development section. Project AOSP may be one you'd like

Hello. I was hoping someone could shed some light for me here, in regards to what roms I can flash to this model Note 2?
It is a Canadian phone locked to Bell mobility. SGH-I317M.
Thanks

I'm on Rogers and I've been bouncing all over the ROMs for att.
There is no difference between the bell/Rogers i317m and the att i317.
Maybe some radio differences but nothing big.
Go get root and drop into dagr8s into liquid smooth or Manuels rootbox, you'll be impressed.
Main: Liquefied [T0LTE_CAN] [LS2.2] [3.0.71-KKO-3]
Other: cm10.1 [Evita] [don't do this, it hurts]
do you know what can be this consequences?
I plan to use this phone on Mexico and a ROM @ sammobile has been release for I317M, with MExico Carrier.
Dont worry. It should work fine.
I do this all the time when im bored to death or when I fix phone's
And they don't want carrier specific junk apps

Only ROMs, not radios/modems, boot loaders, or recoveries. You're in basically the same position you were before it was unlocked except you can now use at&t SIM cards.

OK. Cool. I'm fixing to root it today. I'm actually looking for A Samsung Stock ROM for it. We switched from TMobile to Att and the LTE seems to be working just fine. I just want to cut all the carrier related stuff because I wanna sell it and I'll sell it quicker with an Att stock ROM versus a T-Mobile one. Maybe I'll just use Titanium Backup to get all the T-Mobile junk out. Idk

It will work fine as long as you are sure that your Tmobile S3 is UNLOCKED.
Just be sure NOT to flash any AT&T modem/radios on your phone.
All the CWM flashable custom and other roms available for the AT&T will work fine
on your phone. None of these roms contain modem/radio images, no worries)
I have an AT&T unlocked S3 phone and all the Tmobile roms work fine for me too.
Can I flash I9305 rom on T999?
I tried flashing N7005 rom on I717 and it works.
Don't know if it works the same way here. Thanks.

That would be the fastest way to hard brick your phone. The I9305 is an international version and the phone is different from the US SGS3 variant.
Ya just simply stick to what is in your forum for your phone, never stray off without plenty of confirmations that it will flash without issue. My thoughts are if you have to ask, just stay on your forum.
Thanks. I thought it will be the same as N7005 on I747 as both are running on the same CPU, just different cellular bands.

Sorry, my fault. I thought I9305 is using Snapdragon S4 but indeed it's using Exynos.
is there a difference between the all the SGH models and the N7000\7100 models,Especially Software and Hardware?
thanks

No, that's why we are able to flash international ROMs on U S phones.
Actually, technically speaking, it depends...the international n7105 is the same, but not the n7100 or n7000. I believe the diffs are hardware, for one thing the n7105 has LTE (just like our North American models do), but the n7100 only does HSPA+.
HTH.

so it's not like the s3 that comes with another Processor and difference ram and you can't use the international roms?
what's the difference between the SGH and SCH and SPH ext...?
thanks

Not true....
Respectfully....
The flashing of 7100 series roms to any 317, 317M, 889, 7105 series devices will produce an immediate brick...
Recoverable yes...but brick just the same...
International bases are used for creation of usable builds that are compatible...but not without much work before hand...
Some international variant devices virtually mirror their U.S. counterparts...but an absolute answer is clearly not accurate.....g
