It's simple, open JB ROM zip, extract boot.img then flash that via fastboot

You'll have to find backup app for messages.
Contact will be restored if you have gmail account and if you connect that account with your phone.

Need Stock Kernel HTC_622

I need the stock kernel for my HTC one V....I had installed the Titanium KISS Kernel Before and after installing that, i have seen a considerable drop of about 50% in my phone's battery life.....My CID is HTC_622, HK-CHT, and i am running the stock HTC ROM...plz help....

Look for the stock RUU and extract it from the rom.zip using something like 7zip

[Deodex] Xperia Acro S 6.2.B.1.96 with Recovery

Guys here I made a Deodex Rom
Tested & Works Fine
You Should need
1.Sony Xperia Acro S with 6.2.B.1.96
2.Root access
3.Busybox
4.Recovery
Instruction
1.Download the [Deodex]Xperia_Acro_S __JB_6.2.B.1.96.zip and save it on SDCARD
2.Reboot device into recovery
3.Wipe cache & dalvik cache
4.Flash Deodex zip file
5.Reboot to system
6.When your phone's up, you will see Android Upgrading, Optimizing aplications
7.When it's done, your rom is successfully deodexed.

This is for .200?any bugs you encountered?is this gonna replace .96 kernel?

What about the SD Card?
If your asking about rocovery via ext sdcard, i don't know if it works...
I don'tuse it cause my card has different format...

[4.4.4] DEODEXED ROM 18.1.A.2.25 (for D5103)

Introduction
