Guys here I made a Deodex Rom
Tested & Works Fine
You Should need
1.Sony Xperia Acro S with 6.2.B.1.96
2.Root access
3.Busybox
4.Recovery
Instruction
1.Download the [Deodex]Xperia_Acro_S __JB_6.2.B.1.96.zip and save it on SDCARD
2.Reboot device into recovery
3.Wipe cache & dalvik cache
4.Flash Deodex zip file
5.Reboot to system
6.When your phone's up, you will see Android Upgrading, Optimizing aplications
7.When it's done, your rom is successfully deodexed.

Nope root will fail cuz your 2.3.4 unless your update was before Nov. 2011

I used DoomLords version same phone and firmware as yours very easy to use just download the attached file, extract it using winzip/winrar/7z go to the folder where its extracted and execute "RUNME.bat"Read and follow the instructions on the screen! it does everything for you Link here explains everything: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1321582

It's simple, open JB ROM zip, extract boot.img then flash that via fastboot

You'll have to find backup app for messages.
Contact will be restored if you have gmail account and if you connect that account with your phone.

[XS] [LB|UB] Flash Stock Kernels of JB 6.2.B.0.211 & 6.2.B.1.96 using CWM Recovery
For those who have problems with Flashtool. I downloaded the Kernels Stock in "ftf" from thread of DooMLoRD, I extracted it and I created a flashable zip. These are compatible with Locked and Unlocked Bootloader.
Install method:
1. Download the zip of Kernel you want and copy to SDCARD
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Install zip

Does not include CWM.
Sorry for my English, when I say "with" I wanted to say is "using" or "through" Recovery, at any rate, the Stock Kernels not include that, that is only in Custom Kernels.

This works only for FW: 10.1.A.1.350 / 10.1.A.1.434 / 10.1.1.A.1.253 or ROMS BASED ON THAT FIRMWARE
Since this is FW 10.5.A.0.230 ths wil not work !!

I cleaned the rom so that it fit in the device's memory. It worked, the rom installed. However, it didn't boot. It could have been the kernel, but I can't say.

Download the zip and delete a few files from apps and priv-apps (Like camera) all the not needed apps and you will have a cleaned ROM. I did it, it installed but did not boot. Maybe a kernel issue or maybe art
