Hi guys
Is there any way to unflash/uninstall a flashed file?
If you know what it is you could probably find it and delete it with a root explorer. Other than that its a nandroid I think

It depends on what mod youve flashed hunt those files and delete them most of the times you will hav many files so it becomes diffifult so evry mod glash op has this make a nandroid which will help you restore it.

No worries. I'm just giving you a hard time.
Like someone mentioned above, just use ODIN to flash a stock rooted ROM and all will be right in the world again.
Do you know exactly how?
Need Infos.
I'm beginner and trying to respect your words.
Thanks:thumbup:

In the development section read the instructions how to flash via odin.
This should get you through the process and give you root.

Unzip the .7z file you downloaded from that thread. You should get a .tar file. (Might be .tar.md5, cant remember)
Flash that with odin.

Hi so I deleted the blob folder a while back and I was wondering if backups will still work with cwm. Thanks in advance

You can make more backups, but you can't restore any old backups that might still be showing up in CWM.

Hey all,
I was looking for a way to install Netflix on my galaxy Nexus. It's not compatible for a Market installation so I went and found the apk file. It came actually with a zip file called "Netflix_patch.zip" so I don't know what to do with it.
If there's a special way to install this app and you know it, please share it with me.
Awaiting your answers

This thread only tell using clockworkmod backup to the **same** galaxy Ace device. But now what I wanna do is " I'll use galaxy note 2 clockworkmod recovery backup to restore them in galaxy S4." it's **different** device and can I still do that? Any example of brick phone with this method?

Highly recommended Dont do this ,
It will Restore your previous phone EFS and you will lose the IMIE of your new device and will be in deep trouble.
OMG, I was right to post this question with a small doubt.. Thanks so much..

Glad you posted the question here :good:
you're better off using titanium backup, and only restore user apps/data.
this way you only copy over the things that are safe to copy over.
For switch over device, titanium is best
Make full backup on old device
Restore 'missing application with dada' batch scenario in new device.

Hi Mate. Can you further explain what you did here? I am currently having the same issue..I think...IMEI on the phone is different from the sticker at the back of the phone and the "Service State" under status shows "Out of Service"

Which recovery do you use? Twrp? If so, you may have already backup efs because it has efs backup option to restore your imei.
