[Q] How to Recover Formatted Data? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I'm sorry if its a repost, I wanted to share and ask that my sister formatted my whole Galaxy Nexus(maguro), i lost almost everything, so I wanted to know how to recover it? Sadly I didn't have any backup or so.
My problems are:-
1. I tried various recovery softwares like recuva, sadly they didn't recognize my Galaxy Nexus.
2. I want to recover Titanium Backup files too and images.
Any sort of help will be very good for me.
Thanks in advance

[Q] Backup HELP!!!!! Toddler deleted backup file.

Hello,
I have an HTC Desire (CDMA) rooted with Revolutionary. My toddler got a hold of my phone and somehow got into the SD card and deleted my backup file as well as some other things. Does anyone have a way to get another backup file from somewhere? Or at least the stock ROM I can put on there? The phone still functions right now but she also deleted other system apps that may cause problems in the future, and I would like to just start over with it all. Please let me know if there is anything I can do or if I'm just SOL!
Thanks

Connect your phone to your pc and use a file recovery tool (there are a lot of free ones around) on the drive that relates to your phone's sd card.
I've tried that, and I still have nothing. I don't know what she did but I can't find it anywhere.
I believe this is stock 2.3
Try using Active File Recovery, it showed good results with me.

Is there any way to backup a non-bootable device? (Follow-up to Bricked Phone Thread)

This question sounds really stupid, but I want to know if there is anyway to backup a non-bootable device using a PC. Prior to flashing a MOD, I did backup, only to notice that the Nandroid backup made was not a complete backup due to the lack of space on my SD Card. I want to keep all of my recent messages, new contacts etc. but it seems I cannot find any way to do so.
Help is needed! If you do not get me, please read this thread below about my bricked device.

If you know how to or have any advice, please respond ASAP! Thanks in advance!
you dont have much option here..nandroid backup is the only way now..get a hold of card reader..and make some space in your sd card and then do a nand backup..
but looking at your previous thread, best way wouldve been flashing back arc s lockscreen files.
If u already flashed 4.0.3 then there is no way to recovery your data..anyways contacts will be backed up on google server..

[Q] I managed to mess up my partitions - In serious need of help

I need a faceplam emoticon.
I accidentally deleted absolutely ALL of the data and cache partitions on my device.
I can still access the power+volume-down interface as well as clockworkmod.
I would like some information on how I can un-goofd my phone.... I've Googled around for about 5 hours unable to find anything, and just recently figured out that I deleted the partitions.
DISCLAIMER: I'm a noob :good:
If anyone can help please do. I'm not really sure what kind of information I would need to give you...
What u mean deleted it ? Formatted? If u can't boot u formatted your system partition also...flash a rom or if you want stock check out the return to stock thread

I'm pretty sure I figured it out actually.
What I was initially having trouble with was getting my phone to work with my computer without debugger, etc.
I'm going to try reverting back to stock, just to make sure I can actually get it to work again.
Thank you for replying
Edit: I forgot I was s-on, so I'm going to flash the boot.img of this rom in fastboot once it charges.

[Q] [HELP] Steps in clearing ALL data in GNex before selling or giving to another per

Hi Guys,
Good day to all of you who will read this. I would just like to ask for your help on how to make sure that ALL personal and sensitive information will be deleted from the GNex before selling or giving the phone away.
I know that we can restore the factory settings of the phone either from settings menu or from CWM. However, I have read in the web before that there are still some data left when doing this if you are a rooted user. From what I have read, a person bought a phone from the gray market and he/she was able to extract the data of the previous owner. I would like to avoid that if possible.
So if there are ways to avoid this, please do advise me how. Thank you in advance for your replies/answers. Cheers.
Wipe data option in twrp is one option or reflash a stock ROM is another

Thanks for the reply. Yup, I'm planning to unroot and apply the stock ROM for my GNex before letting it go. I was just wondering if it will really clear EVERYTHING. I really want to avoid accidentally sharing any of my personal data.
The internal memory remains.
So yu need to format internal storage option in TWRP as well. Then just unroot ane install latest image from google! Your phone is ready to be sold!
Install complete package from Google. There is nothing more that you need to do. If you use the flash-all.bat from Google images it will wipe entire device. There is nothing to 'unroot' at that point.

Backup OP 5T 5010

Hello everyone!
Someone would be so kind to share a backup of your mobile, to install it by TWRP. I have many problems on my mobile and I want to rule out a corrupt files problem that is damaging the system And that's why I have many restarts and problems with the battery.
I want to do something similar to this.
