Its again an app but better than previous one.
but I do need to say that after flashing it, it changes the icons of the status bar. Before using it, I was using Xperia Z status bar icons. After using, it changes to stock ICS icons.Plz fix that.

Gonna try it now!
Result using Grif's:
I started by flashing the mod and removing the SystemUI.odex and cmparts.odex as well.
Rebooted and the only thing that worked was the transparency.
Right after the process explained above I tried it again, this time I manually mounted /system.
Still didn't work.
Even tried to switch back my battery icon from procent to the default one and switching back to the default theme in CM.
Edit: Unable to get into statusbar tweak-settings.
Jusada bro m using Grif's CM7 beta2 dat is deodexed I guess coz der r no .odex files so can I directly flash it???
Edit: I flashed d file with /system and /data mounted ... nothing changed .. :O ....

If you want the mods I've included in my ic sunday rom, here are the flash zips. I'd advise you keep both on memory card incase of problems. This isnt fully tested. This should work on any cm7 rom but with grifs you will probably need to delete systemui.odex and cmparts.odex(dont think cmparts has an obex file, cant remember) then reboot.
Mod cmw file:

Undo file:

Also note if you install any other systemui mods these will be lost.

Is this gonna work with IceCream Sunday 2, with latest ICSandwich 12 theme installed? And if yes, is the bar color customizable? Thanks in advance
It doesn't works on CM 7.2 and other rom's based on it :/. You will got no status bar after flashing this.
plz someone reupload files, cause links are down.
Any chance to make it work with ICSunday Final (CM7.2 based) ROM?

[MOD] CM7 Transparent Statusbar

[MOD] CM7 Transparent Statusbar
By: Kannibal
This mod was created for users who use cm7 custom rom on the zte blade. This mod only changes the statusbar to a transparent one to use with transparent cm7 themes.
To Install:
1) Reboot into recovery
2) choose install zip from sd card
3) Install the downloaded file that was paced on the sd card
4) Reboot the phone
Tips:
1) ADW Launcher
2) Go Launcher
are good to use for transparent statusbar hacks after installing this mod if your launcher has difficulties install live wallpapers and see if that trick works

Guys: please go and read this post on this.
And Kannibalism: you might want to revisit the OP...
Transparent statusbar fixes/mods/paches are often build specific and will not work on every cm7 roms... It can be done in a few different ways and also fairly easily --> again go read that post of mine and one or two others on that thread also. But please beware against a-transparent-patch-for-all-cm7....
Cheers.
im aware of the situation and that the files change to be honest it was stupid of me not to include the specific rom i was using for thisi will be updating with every rom i will be using starting from tomorrow
PS: Thanks for the heads up and info mate
i have added the new version of the mod for burgerz build 20th feb
Do these work only on Burgersz's builds or even the other CM7 ROM's?

14 status toggle bar notification and swipe to remove notification for Stock ROM

I tried all the Custom ROMs available and I didn't like any of them but like only 14 status toggle bar and swipe to remove notifications...so I am just using Stock ROM with v6 Superchager scripts...it works great.
Is there any dev created mods for 14 status toggle bar notification and swipe to remove notification for Stock ROM ?

ICS Statusbar Layout for LG P350

This is based on Achep's ICS Statusbar layout (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1324924)
Works only with Ron's Cyanogenmod 7.2 stable builds. Do not flash with other roms if you don't want to get into a bootloop.
This mod will look better if you are using ICS theme.
Files modified:
framework.res
SystemUi.apk
Music.apk
Bluetooth.apk
DownloadProvider.apk
Phone.apk
note:
In the USB connected screen, there is no "Connect USB" button,so just tap the android to enable sdcard mount to PC.
instructions:
There are two files included in the download, the patch and the undo patch in case you don't like it. Just extract and flash the patch in recovery mode.
If it doesnt work on first try, flash patch, reboot, flash undo, reboot, then flash patch again.

Hey, this is awesome!. But some of us can't use CyanogenMod, like me that I have a Galaxy Ace GT-S5830M. So I was wondering if you could port this to a recovery flash zip for Stock Gingerbread o maybe sharing the SystemUI and Framework-res? I tried to make my own ICS Status bar for my phone and I failed so bad :/
Thanks, I hope you can
you should be able to get this 2 files out of the patch zip (see first post).
Thanks
does this work on ron's cm 7.2 official nightlies?
He doesn't have any stable cm 7.2 versions?
thanks!!
..
interesting
Interesting, will try on cm7.2 offical nighlty, thanks

You could try the attachment below.
It's a zipfile i use to flash all my mods at once. But beware you get a bit more then just the quick settings mod.
You might want to try and see if it works but make a back up first just in case anything bad happens!!

Thanks, and is there any way to revert back to stock Nav bar ?
I don't have an easy solution for you. Because the nav bar and the quick settings mod both use your SystemUI.apk.!
Try flashing this zip. But i'm not sure if it works for you!!

Thanks, tje strange thing is that i have to flash nav nar mode first in order fot the qs to work.seems like the qs use something in thebframework part of the nav bar mode..as some dude mentioneten above it must be with disabled security but i couldnt find anything about that..
I have read his comment.. and I also don't know what he means.. on the other hand I don't have any problems flashing those mods. You could try to send him a pm and ask him.
