i installed kezra v4 rom and slept as i woke up next day the samsung logo were appearing and disappearing and....

Err, maybe it is just soft brick? Did you try to enter recovery mode or download mode?

You didn't follow directions or bother to read. I suggest you read about jtag or buy a new device. Next time read before make such expensive decisions.
