No, the American E980 only has Spanish and English interfaces, and Korean version F240 only has Korean and major Europeans interfaces. But keyboard has hebrew in all lg smartphones

Of course interface. Keyboard languages are much more than 100, hebrew included

It very much depends on model, my F240S has only these. Wait for E985/E988 in internet stores, it is European/Asian models, maybe they will support both interface and umts 850
The Guy who selling me the unit says that it is E985 that came from UK and that it support 850+2100. How can i test it? how did you enter that menu which shows the bands?

I live in Taiwan, and very interested in AT&T Lumia 900
Anyone knows is there Traditional Chinese input in AT&T Lumia 900? and what's the selection of UI language?
I hope it has Traditional Chinese input, if it has Chinese UI is much better
Please figure it out if you have it already!
Have you looked at the bands the USA version has? LTE isn't example compatible to the LTE bands here in Europe, neither is 3G.
For your original question, no idea. My Lumia 800 does seem to have Chinese as available language.... i think...
My AT&T-branded Titan has Chinese input available. There are a few different kinds (bopomofo, etc).
It also supports international UMTS bands (2100) so you will get 3G unless you need 900MHz or AWS support (which in Taiwan, you almost certainly do NOT need). I used mine on 2100MHz 3G networks in Singapore and Hong Kong.
No reason to think the Nokia will be any different. However you might have trouble getting it unlocked.
Thanks for your reply
Unlock code can be bought in ebay, it will be no problem
Because AT&T Lumia 900 only has English and Spanish UI, is it possible to add Traditional Chinese UI for Lumia 900?
In terms of input, I think all have tradchinese handwritten input, ui language, I think only samsung (bleh!) has, so far, put all wp7 supported languages on their usa bound devices. I am simply unsure if htc and nokia have likewise done so.
Hi all-
just received my E970 yesterday, got it unlocked but still stock otherwise running on Rogers in Canada.
I've been reading a few threads here so far regarding rooting and the locked bootloader and some people seem to be implying that the S4 Pro chipset is an entirely software LTE radio. Does this mean that flashing a new firmware could change the LTE bands that a given phone supports?
ie: the AT&T E970 supports AWS 1700/2100 (Band 4) and 700mhz (Band 17) out of the box. Could this theoretically be loaded with software from the Rogers E971 with 2600mhz (Band 7) or the DoCoMo L-01E 2100mhz (Band 1) support? Obviously this would be baseband software not just a new OS ROM, but is it possible with the hardware or is this a non-editable function?
If anyone can provide insight or software I would be interested to test- as I am lacking the *special* 2600mhz support of the E971 here, and I do travel to HK and Japan occasionally, so support for 1800, 2100 and 2600mhz bands would be great, turning the Optimus G into a real worldphone even on LTE.

Thanks for the attitude.
I didn't say I expected to do this today, jackass. I asked if this will be technically possible as the models released appear to all have the same hardware specifications. Hopefully someone less smug, with more knowledge could provide real insight?
Sorry, should I be asking less technical, more brutally-important questions like when will Nova Launcher, or a different colour skin be available?

Just curious, where did you get your E970 from? I'm in Canada too and I would rather have the SD card slot than the extra 2600 mhz band.

That's a good question. It definitely sounds possible if you can flash the corresponding radio/modem and RIL.

F400 is Korean version and D855 is European version. They are similar, except the Korean version has a TV antenna, but no stock wireless charging. It seems the European version has stock wireless charing. From what I know, the Korean versions get the updates first and then the rest of the world.
my Korean F400K has the coil for wireless charging in the back cover.
so should the other koreans

Are you sure it is for wireless charging and not NFC? If you have 2 contacts on the battery cover is only NFC. If you have 4 contacts then you indeed have NFC+wireless charging.
There is no diffrente in the development?
The Korean version comes with 2 batteries and a wireless charging...I deduced that it is able to charge wirelessly
Isn't that right?

Hey liljom...
I'm looking in my G3 F400S's (Korean) hidden menu and confirming that it works with the following bands:
WCDMA: 800, 850, 900, AWS (?), 1900, 2100.
GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900.
LTE: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 17, 20, 28, 40.
Also would like to say for those with the Korean version...I've rooted mine and flashed the SphinX G3 Neo V2.0 ROM...and I must say that I'm more than happy!!!
I'm able to access all hidden features like LTE-Only, my "home" ain't in Korea anymore, the default weather app is now Accuweather...and many other stuff that I preffer.
So concluding...root, install SphinX ( there's also the VDT V8 Full, but I find it too difficult to install and gave up) and install the G3 Tweaksbox from Google Play (you'll be able to modify many features from your ROM).
That's it guys...Have fun!
back cover are the same size or not?
found some nice back cover replacements on aliexpress for 4euro but it says only for lg f400.

I need help, i want to buy a zenfone 2 from alegrecompra, but i dont know if the version Z00AD support 3G wcdma, i live in latin america.
Does anyone has bought this version?
I made a similar question but nobody answered.
I understand that if your buying it from a Chinese based site you will get the CN version.
CN version definitely lacks many LTE bands support compared to TW or WW version, but apparently it supports the same WCDMA bands as the others, and, on top of that, it also supports TD-CDMA bands only useful in China, but never got any confitmation first hand, only real way to tell for sure would be if someone with that CN version confirms they get WCDMA coverage with a provider using the same bands as your company...
It would be wiser to get the TW version instead but its harder to find an online store selling it apart from eBay sellers and also it should be a bit more expensive I guess...

H+ 3G WCDMA 2100 on CN version working confirmed. Haven't tested the other bands, but if 2100 is working the other ones should be too.
Thanks! I think its safe to assume then that WCDMA support is same across all regional versions...
Work here in Mauritius but not on all operator. One operator it show the H but download is 2G

@OP
I suggest you buy the Zenfone 2 that you mentioned in your post. That is an America Version that can be used in Latin America as well.
IMHO, do not buy the China or Taiwan Variants as those were specifically for Asian Continent.
Good Luck.

The only Freq/band that the Z00AD (WW) doesn't support that the US version supports is 700 MHz/Band 17 -- there are some South/Central American providers that use that frequency, but not many.
Here's the breakdown of frequencies from the ASUS site:
2G :
EDGE/GPRS/GSM : (WW version)
850MHz/900MHz/1800MHz/1900MHz,
EDGE GPRS GSM: (TH version)
900MHz/1800MHz, Class
3G :
WCDMA: (WW version)
850MHz/900MHz/1900MHz/2100MHz
WCDMA: (TH version)
900MHz/2100MHz
TD-SCDMA: (CN/IN version Only)
1900 ~ 2100
4G :
FDD-LTE: (TW version)
2100MHz(1)/1900MHz(2)/1800MHz(3)/1700MHz AWS(4)/850MHz(5)/900MHz(8)/1800MHz(9)/800MHz(18)/850MHz(19)/700MHz(28)

anybody knows how to fix it?
help me! please!
Can anyone tells me how to identify a Letv is Chinese or US version?
Here is the visual difference:
http://www.chinamobiles.org/threads/leeco-le1pro_cn-us-x800-multilanguage-rom-cuoco92.47343/
Chinese (CN) version - the bottom label on the back is in Chinese
International (US) version - the bottom label on the back is in English; CE marked
Thank you but I found a more simple way to check. Just connect phone with the computer, it will show LETV...-CN if it's Chinese version, otherwise it's international
What are exact differences between CN and US version? band support? Does US version support US LTE bands used by AT&T and TMO?
