I am trying to upgrade my Galaxy S II to Jellybean using the following link but am not sure how to do so. I found the following link but it appeared to help me achieve nothing. Can you point me in the right direction or help me figure out how to get jellybean on my GS2? I'm sure it has been address so please point me in the right direction if nothing else. Additional insight is also always nice! Thanks everyone!

Not quite sure what your trying to accomplish using an SDK cleaner. But that won't help with the upgrade. Follow this link

Ariana makes it real easy to get the device rooted so you can select whatever JB ROM you want and to install it. Hope that helps.
And BTW, Welcome to the xda community.

Thanks for the direction and the welcome. I'm looking to upgrade my ICS GS2 to Jelly Bean. Will the above link help me do so? I want that google now feature along with the other optimizations. Thanks again for the info!

Hi, I just got my Galaxy Nexus yesterday and I would like to install the original software it came with instead of custom ROMs and all that jazz. At the moment I'm running Jelly Bean, with ClockworkMod and I would just like to get it back exactly in its original state. I'm well aware there are many other topics like this out there and I have read a few myself, but I am new to Android really and don't want to screw up my phone. If someone could just point me to the exact thread with instructions for this I would be most grateful. Thank you!
not sure but this link may help its a direct link to download the stock rom for the gnexus.
follow this.

Thanks, I've stumbled upon that thread before but I just wanted to make sure it's exactly what I'm looking for.

That is precisely what you're looking for. The latest stock images are available from Google's own pages too. https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
ok I finally got some time and did everything exactly as in that guide but I still have Clockworkmod installed. Like I said, I want everything to be in its original state ( I'll even lock the bootloader once I'm done ), please let me know what else I have to do. Thanks!
LE: Nevermind, it's already removed, I'm stupid
Hey guys. I'm new to this but I would like to start into ROM development. I have been wanting to for some time and now I thought it would be a good time to start. I was wondering if anyone could help me get started. I already have Linux ubuntu 12.04 installed on 12gb I think. Any help will be appreciated. I am trying to follow the steps on the AOSP development Page. Any help will appreciated.
Regards

Hey, I've been flashing roms for about 2 years now and just recently registered an account on XDA. I've been interested in making roms myself since the day I flashed my first rom (WeaponG2x) but could never figure out how exactly to go about doing so. I tried dsixda's kitchen but it didn't work for me so I'm wondering if any of the devs here can tell me what exactly I need to know to make a rom, where to start, and any tips they might have that could be useful to someone like me. A big thanks to anyone who can help, any and all info is appreciated.
Edit: Nvm, I find out you can only do it on mac and linux and I'm running windows.

You can do it on windows. It's called cygwin. And I recommend dsixda kitchen. For doing it with just scripts is very challenging for novice users.

I broke my phone last night so today I rooted a new one and got everything set in place to take over where I left off except I can not find the inverted gapps I used to have on my last one. I've been searching for JusTun Bean Aroma installer 4.1.2 for almost an hour now and have now luck. Been googling, binging, xda searching and I came up with nothing. It seems like everything that popped up was for 4.2.1. If anyone could link me to the actual site I would appreciate it very much. Or maybe post the installer, whatever is easier.
I am embarrassed that I even had to start this thread so ease up on me. I really did search for quite some time and nada.
I believe this post was what you were trying to look for and from that page it would direct you to the 4.1.2 download here. Make sure you are flashing it for the proper ROM, let us know if it works for you. Cheers!
