Backing up DRM keys for Bootloader - Sony Xperia S, Acro S, Ion

As we know we lose our DRM keys after unlocking BL, so I have a question, is it possible to backup them and then restore after unlock BL, and is it possible to use keys from another XPERIA S if I didn't make backup of it. I miss Bravia Engine : ((

DRM Keys Can Not Be Restored After Sony Unlock (Will Conflict Service OTA)
--> Reason Being. After you provide your information on Sony site for Unlocking Bootloader your device gets registered for void of warranty and loss of DRM keys.
Alternative is To Unlock bootloader without using Sony Site,
The other method discussed here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285285 for Sony 2011 line of devices
Keeps DRM keys intact without change.
Another way is Backing up TA Partition

You are better off using the testpoint unlock (Free with s1tool) than the official method.
Bonus you get to keep your DRM keys. (Think Fifa 12 being fully free or not is certainly influenced by this).
(It seems to be fairly easy to get into a total mess that flashtool cannot recover.)
Ok... sorry to be a complete idiot but what's s1 tool and how much. Plus I see something about test point, a USB cable and a paper clip lol sounds good??!!
Again sorry to be an idiot, I have experience with android but never had a phone with this bootloader locked crap!!

First of all, it won't be free(as in "it will cost you money").
Have you contacted Alejandrissimo (search for him here on XDA) or bought an Android Unlock on Omnius or SETool?
Have been a couple of days since I unlocked my sim/BL with this method, it's very easy, but you need first to do that; Alejandrissimo, SETool or Omnius
I hope I helped

Yeah the test point is behind the white sticker on your xperia play it is the same with all xperia plays just find a image on the internet or on youtube the easiest way is to use tweezers I also have o2 xperia play which was locked to o2 but I unlocked it via test point which also gives you the option to unlock your bootloader after. Hope this helps!!!

Locked sim operator and locked bootloader is two different things
For unlocked sim operator device you need a operator code
And
For unlocked the bootloader you need the method :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2642081

Re-locking the Bootloader ?

I've been successfully running LineageOS 18.1 on my (Magisk-rooted) Pixel 3. The unlocked bootloader screen at bootup became annoying and so I decided to relock the phone. Without reading all of my HowTo notes (because I thought I remembered).
I sent "adb reboot bootloader" and then "fastboot flashing lock" and got the notice on the phone to press POWER if I wanted to re-lock and so I did. But the next screen said it couldn't find an operating system !!
I turned the phone off and then manually booted into Fastboot where I was able to unlock the phone again at which point it remembered where the operating system was and I was able to boot back into it. (And since I had forgotten that locking OR unlocking does a hard reset - for which I hadn't prepared for AT ALL - I spent the next 2 day rebuilding my phone from scratch. Yes, it serves me right.)
So what did I do wrong? how can I re-lock the bootloader without losing LineageOS?

You mean this?
Code:
g.co/ABH
Dunno, I am afraid you can't... but I vaguely remember that this message annoyed me as well and there are ways to turn it off.
In the end, I decided this annoying message is not worth my time and nowadays I think of it more like this:

Yes, you! And me! Both of us! That's who! The other 99.9% are idiots and wouldn't even know how to begin to unlock a phone

FP4 - Advice about bootloader and root please

I got a FP4

Before I start using it I’d like to be able to make it so I can back it up with Titanium or Helium backup, which need root, and TWRP for full partitions, which needs a bootloader unlock. However, I don’t want to leave it rooted or leave the bootloader unlocked. What’s the best way to go about setting up the phone to do this?
If I relock the bootloader, does this delete all user data?
Is it okay to relock the bootloader with TWRP installed or will it bootloop?
Even if this is okay, when I unlock the bootloader again then it will delete all user data won’t it?
And for rooting, I can follow the steps for using Magisk, but is it possible to leave it disabled most of the time (i.e. to allow banking and other similar apps to work)?
Magisk also means OS updates need to be done manually doesn’t it? So would I need to leave the bootloader unlocked?
Basically, I don’t want to start using my phone immediately without doing what I can to set up these things so I can use them in future, because I know that to set it all up in future will require a factory reset for which I’d actually want to have Titanium/Helium backup in the first place!
Thanks for your patience with my probably dumb questions!
Cheers
I didn't unlock/root mine : no time anymore to fix things I break xD
But all I can tell you is unlocking (and probabely relocking) does wipe everything on the device, so unlocking to then relock seems pointless.
On the other hand, I don't think it is that of a security issue to have an unlocked bootloader, as long as you keep your hands on the device... (root is another story I think)
Thanks @matmutant thank you that's helpful confirmation.
