Locked sim operator and locked bootloader is two different things
For unlocked sim operator device you need a operator code
And
For unlocked the bootloader you need the method :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2642081
Say me if i m wrong

Do not run any method Sony and Flashtool

Sorry but you need to provide more details... If you want resolve the problem
Have you root the phone ?
Have you back up TA by security ?
I dont understand what did you want to do with unlocked bootloader
Unlocked bootloader is for install custom rom ie cm

Are you SURE the bootloader is unlocked? I'd try flashtool it's so much simpler
Yes I agree, install flashtool.
Install flashtool from here: http://androxyde.github.com/Flashtool/
Once downloaded and installed head over to the directory of the programm and inside the folder "Drivers" install the driver located and chose appropriete options when the tick boxes come. Then you will figire out the rest. In flashmode you can flash kernals easily
it still don't work, any idea?

Your bootloader is probably not properly unlocked then. Try go over the procedure again to unlock the bootlaoder.
i try twice, but same result ...
Sent from my R800i using 4.0.4
Try download the kernel again. Maybe kernel file corrupted?

First, questions go in the Q&A section. Do you mean rooted? Yes. Carrier unlocked? Somewhat. You can flash to other CDMA carriers, mostly the prepaid services like Page Plus, Boost, Virgin Mobile, etc.

Select Xperia SL, as Xperia S= Xperia SL. At the most You will get the wrong code, it won't be accepted and Your bootloader will not be unlocked.

It should work. But if it doesn't I don't know any other method. You could try contacting Sony. But that method should work, since even on the old page (which is inaccessible now), same parameters were used for Xperia S as well as Xperia SL.

And Wifi connection speed slow
@ugurylcn the "Allowed" status will switch to no after unlocking, because you can't unlock what's already unlocked... I know it's weird but rest assured you are unlocked. As for the slow WiFi you aren't the only one to complain about this and I would trust that it's being looked at. I see you've posted many times about it... stay tuned to Aura's main post form his custom ROM to get updates on the status.

You have to contact LGs customer service, Explain That you had the motherboard replaced.but your device has the same iemi as the old mother board.
That you would like to unlock your devices bootloader as it is one of the unlockable models.
When you boot to fast boot and get the OEM ID. The OEM ID that LG has on file for your iemi is incorrect due to motherboard swap.
Then You need to ask them to please update there unlockable devices list with your new OEM ID from new motherboards fastboot with old iemi.
hmm, I understand.
Let's try it.
