Original, up-to-date Diamond Rom

Heey people,
could someone please tell me where to get the latest official rom from HTC?
Cus i have a branded version of the Diamond, so i cant download it from their site.
I hope one of you knows where to get that latest version without having to use the serialnumber of my phone, because that serial number doesn't work.

Okay, I need to apologize because I didn't see this post was on the forums: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=413910.
But 1,93 isn't really that up to date, is this the only post containing original roms that you guys know off, because i've used the search function a billion times by now, with a dictionary full of keywords, but i haven't found anything higher than 1,93.

my orange branded phone doesn't let you download the update either
although in all honesty apart from that one thread i haven't searched for the offical rom yet, just starting to get fed up of the little things that don't work that you rarely use in custom roms

That's why i started this thread really, I just want the official rom on it again, so i can enjoy the 'functionallity' that it should have.
I'm not saying that those custom roms suck or something, i LOVED using them, really! But im thinking of selling my phone, and i don't want to sell it disfunctioning.
So, please help me out haaha

theres wwe_ME and wwe not sure which one i should be dl'ing, read the one with europe on the name is corrupt

These are obviously newer than the ones found in the link i posted earlier. I found a 2.03 version in that post which is Dutch, so if this is the latest we can get in Holland, i'll be definatly downloading that version.

You mean that's the latest version of the official rom? then im downloading that 2.03 version for my phone.

Official rom download for HTC Desire?

I'm planning to install the official rom on a rooted HTC Desire currently running MIUI, but I'm not sure I've got the backup file i made before installing MIUI.
Is there a file I can download, which will install the rom? It's bought in Norway and is a AMOLED version. I'm not sure about the model name since I don't have the phone here right now.
I've copied all content from SD to my computer, and there is a folder called "backup". Is my backup file in there somewhere? What kind of file, or name, am I looking for?

WWE - World Wide English? I don't really get it. What does it mean?

The latest unbranded is WWE 2.29.405.5
(maybe there is also a 2.29.405.14 but I'm not sure there is an ruu available )

Can you guys answer me what does WWE (World Wide English) mean? And which ROM should be installed in Europe? The one with a word "Europe" in it (that would be logical, Europe for Europe, Asia for Asia etc. But if it is correct when should WWE be installed?) or WWE?

WWE is the main one that Europe and English speaking countries use. Unless the handset is branded to a carrier.

Thanks. By installing one of those ROMs mentioned before will I have to unlock the phone again? Or will it still be S-off and I will just have to download superuser? Or something else?

If you need the newest rom just run official RUU for 2.3.3 you can find on HTC.dev, it will work with all versions. You need stock hboot and you will loose root, but it,s easy to get with revolutionary.

Is the title of the thread anyway related to what you wrote? Also, if you weren't 'noob' you would have most likely found out the reason why you can't flash any JB (sense) ROMs.
Anyway, if you want to flash any of the sense JB ROMs aka Android Revolution HD, Insert Coin etc. forget about it - your phone is branded and you got to wait for an official update.
Just in case you ask, no, there isn't a way to unbrand your device.

Attention successfully acquired.

touchy guys ouch, i wrote leedroid because i thought that my cid was generated by the rom. and the reason i couldnt get jb was because of this rom geeeees lol.

Then you should've read the multitudes of FAQ's on our phone that CID is pre-determined at manufacture.

[Q] Jelly Bean upgrade tutorial

sorry to disturb you but I took a look to many guide to upgrade my HTC ONE X to Jelly Bean (the firmware I think).
Some guide are similar but not the same, some are completely different; some suggest to relock the bootloader and then unlock it again, some says that's not needed anymore so, because I'm not so expert I'm quite confused and I would like to ask you a suggestion.
Mainly what I'm asking is can you please suggest me a step by step guide that you are sure that's working correct so I can finally update to Jelly Bean

First most crucial is your CID version..if it not stated in OP then u can't flash any jelly bean sense base rom. Even if u try, it too buggy to use.
As for AOSP base, u can flash whatever u want, just make sure to follow exactly the instruction.

Yeah check your CID matches, if it does then download the JB firmware tool from this site does it all for you very easy to use checks your CID, if
compatible then relocks your phone upgrades your HBOOT then unlocks then you can do a JB rom after that still using this tool. Have a look very easy to find in the guide section.

p.s. does it worth upgrade to Jelly Bean? I have many paid apps and I eared that there are big problems loosing setting and stuff with JB, is it true?

Do you mean a Turkish language ROM? Apologies if I'm asking the wrong question or not answering this properly. I've never heard of this and cannot find anything on it and was wondering if language is what you meant by it.
If you did mean the language you can access it in < Settings < Language & Keyboard < Language then just find your language and select it then you should be done. If you didn't mean that and you meant an actual ROM like that then my apologies for wasting your time, just trying to help.

I did not get 4.4.3 update for my m8y. i want to upgrade my phone with stock rom. you know m8y gets upgrades late.
i want to setup european or turkish rom for earlier updates.

If I'm getting it right you want to convert your M8 into a HTC WWE version to get updates as soon as they released!?
If so you would have to follow one of the various guides in this forum, going through the procedures of unlocking, s-off, root first. In a second step change the CID/MID to the WWE standard (that would be HTC__001/0P6B10000) and last but not least flash a stock WWE ROM and stock WWE firmware with stock WWE recovery.
This is only explained very roughly what to do. For detailed HowTo's you can search this forum and will surely find what you are looking for.
If I have understood you wrong, please let me know.
