Update!
Now the YaWeather is launched in playstore and it has the S4 theme. However, it somehow not compatible with galaxy ace.
But it works eventually, as I extract the app and installed it.
PS: I only test in my current rom, which is CM10, I am not sure whether it still works in GB/ICS. If you can confirm with me, then it's good

BUG
1) After update the app, the widgets might have problem. TO solve it, reinstall the original apk would do.
2) If can't add cities, please follow the steps below: (Thanks to Sachin Patel)
- Uninstall the apk
- Clear all caches (through cwm or link2sd)
- Then reinstall the apk and add your city..
- If not work then again only clear caches

I've just tried to check and install new version and after it I can add more cities but widgets don't work... I tried to reinstall but now nothing works, app fails when I try to add city ;/
Can you upload newer version ?

Yes, i tried it. Update will expands the list of cities, but the widget can't work.

JB rom i'm not sure whether it's compatible or not. But you can try. Install it will do.

It installed but won't find my city but did find my next city then said failed to add city...I reinstalled but still can't find or add city

second...this mod original name is megabassbeat created by dehumanized. I have asked him to port it to galaxy y and modify some part of it. you can find my thread here. it contain the the link for the files and more details like how it works and how to modify it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1646406 OP doesn't do anything except rename the filename then claim this mod as his work. everything inside it is exactly same with mine.

It installed just fine without having to push it, after a reboot it showed up and has been working fine for me.
The first time I downloaded it I was having the same issues as you though.

If I tell s voice to navigate to something, it works fine. If I ask it to find a store or location then it will load on a black screen and eventually FC.
I know there is no support since these are pulled from an unreleased phone, but tht I would share my experience.
to the OP can you upload the S memo apk by itself so we dont have to download all 300mb...

I couldn't get SMemo to work with my E4GT on CM9 a4. The APK may need to be modified for our DPI or something. I'm going to poke around and see if I can't figure it out.
UPDATE: After poking around, I have found that the SMemo.apk uses the TW libraries, so those of us on AOSP ROMs are SOL when it comes to using the SMemo app. Anyone on a 4.0.4 TW ROM should be able to run SMemo by pushing the apk and the SMemoProvider apk to /system/app.

Well i think its different compared to yours. Mine is just an APK which installs all the fonts. I think its completely different from yours. Anywa thansk for the headsup. If the mods feel that this thread is useless, they can go ahead and close it. I just want to share something that i have to everyone. Sharing is Caring. Lots of customizations change icons, folder colors, app drawer backgrounds and more. Resize system apps right into a widget.
Beautiful live weather animations launcher is fast and smooth with a lot of options.

Your welcome in have two other apks for this launcher for different resolutions i can upload them my eyes aren't that great if anyone can tell a difference I would like some feed back.

You can change your icons with this app free from the market called icon changer or use the ones that came with the launcher as far as the weather widget that's lgs stock one so wont work on any other launcher.

Rom or permissions
Doesn't to be working on my end. I don't get WR-R-R, I'm using romtoolbox pro and only get rw-r-r for permissions. Also, could it be the rom I'm running? I'm using paranoid android on vzw galaxy note 2. Someone please help

I want it to but from what I can gather you need the launcher no matter what. Something to do with the framework of the launcher.

No but I'm working on that. Switched to the s4 and really miss this launcher
Thanks to gyebro here is the apk but the wearther isnt working yet on 4.2 well at least not on my s4 let me know if it works on the note 2

this works on the note 2 but has 1 major problem that because of that i can;t use it,
when i add a widget no matter wich one to the main screen the launcher FC's, boom,
what a bommer!!!
