Note that the rated voltage (4.2v) is different from gio one (3.7v). Any problem encountered, such as hot? How long have you used it?
Thanks!

Hello my friends
I have a Galaxy Nexus phone runs on Android 4.2 Is there a way to increase the strength of the wireless network?
And also is there a way to increase the battery life? Is there a way to detect the health of the battery (Is it time to replace or weakened)?
Thank you

I use an app greenify and it increases battery life immensely
Sent from my GT-i9100 using xda app-developers app
There s no way to increase range of wireless, you can try ak kernel that have better WiFi driver but nothing exceptional. ..
Battery life is related to use, IMHO use app like stamina mode or greenfy is stupid for simple reason: disable data or wireless and force sync is not fix, IMHO don't increase battery life, the only fix is set notification timeout to 1-2 hours and remove stupid app:]

Open up your phone, solder a 6dBi antenna to the wifi antenna.
I like to use Tasker. When my screen is off turn wifi off, wait a minute after the screen has been on to turn back wifi.

Why would you use tasker to do this when this functionality is built into the Os?

To me this sounds more like a question about upgrading your router..?

Hottest I have seen so far is about 50C without overclocking.
At what point should I worry?

I don't know celicus well, being in US, but I checked mine, it's at 28.5. The screen is hardly ever warm, but when it's hot outside in southern California, it's screen does get warn but only about 100 degrees ( don't know what that is in celicus) the reason I got this phone over the HTC droid DNA, was in the store, the DNA was hot just playing the demo mode and under the bright lights, note 2 was cool. I'm running Liquid smooth 2.9, stock kernel for now
from Mike's awesome N2
see you on the darkside of the moon... which in my case is SoCal. Current sys. Liquid/Neak
I just posted in the Jedi forum in regards to your question. My phone peaks to 70 when overclocked and gps / wifi / full screen brightness is going. This even as high as it is, is well within specs. The throttle temp is 85 from what ive found on the Exynos 4412, and hardware shut off is at 113.

Hey ... he did say " I Think " ......... he just thought wrong
Im on blade elite rom and stock kernel, i just want to collect thoughts about the battery, i charged to 100 percent then i played an offline game, specifically "rope escape" after playing 10-15 mins, drastically my battery jumps down to 85-87. Any thoughts? Advices? Thanks!
Thats normal that when you play a game that the battery drops...CPU need power...especially more while running games...so that should be answered...

Thanks! Im just wondering. Our device eats up battery fast. unlike other android devices. For example i played on my brpthers s3, at 100% after gaming for about 15mins, battery only drops to 95 can undervolt help? Ty in advance
HTC one x battery is crap, undervolting has minimal effect. What you can do is underclock on custom kernel, but still, crap battery proves to be à limitation

Yeah bro. Thats true. Im thinking to get s3 but not now haha. Thanks anyway mate!
