Bumper Case for LG Optimus G

Hi All,
I've found this pretty sleek bumper case for the Optimus G.

Plus one for this bumper case. I also got some Extreme Guard full body protectors (essentially just from and back). Should keep the phone looking sharp. Trying to wait until they get here to use the phone :-S

The ATT phone is different than the Sprint and International version.

$25 is just too steep for a rim of plastic. There are good cases out there much cheaper...

Guys its very very good quality way more than I thought it would be its a plastic rim yes with rubber edging along the inside for actual protection

Looks beautiful! Is that the one from the OP link on eBay? I was hesitant to buy it until verification that it fit on the Sprint version.

One question, is the bumper "raised" enough so the camera lens doesn't touch the surface of what you are putting it on?

Hey, I just got my case.
I have to agree that the casse offers a great amount of protection for just a bumper.
However, I noticed one problem, which really isn't a problem.
My old blackberry micro usb charging cable doesn't fit in the port with the case on; however, the LG one does.
However, it's really a none issue at the time.

Mind posting pics of the black bumper? I'm considering getting this, but am not too fond of the white one.

Just ordered the black one. From South Korea, so I guess it's going to be a while before I get it.

I just received one of these in black this week. It's really slick. It says optimus G on the front and inside (embossed), and LG on the back. It takes a few days for the flap to loosen up. I have the folio case, the bumper case, and the diztronic case, and I prefer this one overall. It feels really small in the hand and it's nice that you can talk on the phone through the cover - keeps the screen clean.

Can we get some good pictures to check out out. All the ones online are the same and you can't see much detail.
Also, it is magnetic?

Yea ill definitely take some pictures of the phone with the case on it. I'll probably make a video of it in action too. That's what I had looked for but couldn't find any.

My wife and I have the same folio case and it is very nice. It's manufactured by LG so the fit is perfect, although it has no magnetic or velcro fastener for the folding front cover. Also, the front cover has no opening for the notification light.

Definitely want this. Need more pictures lol

O' clear backed cases, where art thou?

I'm still searching for a clear backed case that is not hard plastic. So far the closest I found are "frosted" backs which will not work. Any info would be great.

Think the closest you'll get are the checkerboard back tpu cases.

Closest I could find. Hardish but flexible plastic. I have a similar version that has clear on the small side of that s shape and translucent on the big side of the same shape.

cruzerlite make a clear case i think

Try the cruzer lite cases, the white one is very clear. I'm using the smoke and u it is still pretty clear.

I may have to contact Cruzerlite and see about a custom case or hand polishing an existing case to get the clear back that I need. Either way this may end up being far more expensive than I had intended. I guess I cold also look for an extra thick bumper but that has it's drawbacks as well.

Lifeproof for moto g

Hey all, I noticed they planned in making the lifeproof for the moto g When I go to there site there isn't any option for moto g ... but when I Google it I get this link,

$80 seems a bit steep for a case. I paid $26 for a case that will provide probably just as much drop protection. But, it's your money, you decide.

There IS an option for the Moto G, it just isn't advertised in the drop down on the main page, but it is on their shop page. The Mobile site you found through Google isn't some hidden thing that Lifeproof forgot about.
Yes, it is legit. No I haven't bought one.

Yea it is half the price of the phone it self... Lol but I can't resist the waterproof part, my hobbies all include water and dust which is electronics worst enemy... And you say you got it foot 34 $ where at?

Man, for that much you might as well just buy an extra phone! I'd go with a Trident or Otterbox before that thing. To each his own though.

For me the otterbox commuter that I pay 40$ cad is the maximum that I'll pay to protect my phone

Genuine Leather Melkco flip case for G Pad

I've been looking at this case on Amazon.

Looks really nice genuine leather case. Its the one thing I miss from the IPad is that they have so many cases allot of which are premium quality. However the LG G Pad really lacks in this department.
So can anyone provide any feedback on this case and rate its quality. I have one important question.......
Does it support the sleep/wake functions of the g pad???
Would really appreciate some feedback as it looks really good and even comes in several colours
