HTC One X stuck on loading - HTC One X

Hello,
I have a problem with my HTC One X and I am looking for a week now to an answer and still didn't get it, so that is why I am asking you guys here.
I tried to install cyanogenmod but I forgot to root it first, so then began my problems. The phone is stuck now in the shiny boot and I cannot start it. What I did so far :
1. I unlocked the bootloader and flashed several boot.img I found over the internet. Also I flashed several recoverys as neither was working (the screen is allways black in recovery).
2. I relocked the bootloader and tried to use a RUU, but it seems the highest ver I found is 3.14 and I have 3.20 so do not work.
CID : HTC_032
HBOOT - 1.39.0000
CPLD - none
MICROP - none
RADIO - 5.1204.162A.29
eMMC-bootmode : disabled
CPU-bootmode : disabled
HW Secure boot : enabled
MODEM PATH : OFF
My question are :
1. Can I find a RUU ENDEAVORU EU for my phone ? Where ?
2. How I can restore my phone without RUU (if there is none) ?
3. In the end I want to put cyanogenmod on it. Can I do it now without restoring to original ?
Thank you

First you need to flash a fully working recovery
http://db.tt/oGDkMlwc
Rename this one to recovery.img and flash it
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot erase cache
Then unhook the usb cable and try to enter it

Semi-Brick (no adb, no recovery but fastboot) stuck in htc screen

I think I should first tell what happend and then what I did so far.
I got the phone from HTC and got a OTA update to 1.72. For the rooting process (http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=HTC_Vision#Rooting_the_G2) I first downgraded the phone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=886023). After the rooting process I installed the Ginger Villain 1.5 rom and everything worked fine until my phone decided to turn off one night.
What I now got is a phone which is stucked in the white screen with green HTC logo. Nothing happens even after 10, 20, 30 minutes waiting. Starting the phones bootloader works. Here are the Version information:
VISION PVT SHIP S-OFF
HBOOT-0.85.0005
MICROP-0425

I have no adb access. Drivers are installed and (normally) working on my 32-bit windows 7 laptop. If I enter fastboot, I can use fastboot commands.
I try to remember all things I tried recovering the phone:
1) recovery from fastboot (v1)
- phone into fastboot
- >fastboot devices --> phone shows up
- >fastboot flash recovery c:\...\recovery.img --> Error: FAILED: remote not allowed
2) recovery from fastboot (v2)
- phone into fastboot
- >fastboot devices --> phone shows up
- >fastboot erase cache--> works
- >fastboot oem rebootRUU --> now the phone tries to boot normally or just boots the normal bootloader again
- same problem as in 1)
3) recovery from fastboot (v3)
- downloaded another fastboot version form here: http://loadbalancing.modaco.com/download.php?url=paul/fastboot.zip
- tried 1) and 2) again -> same error
4) PC10IMG.zip recovery
- I downloaded the PC10IMG.zip from the downgrading process again (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905261)
- put it on the sdcard
- bootloaded reads file and processes it correctly
- nothing happend > same boot loop
5) PC10IMG.zip recovery with custom recovery.img
- took the PC10IMG.zip from downgrading
- replaced the recovery.img with a GV1.5 recovery.img from a friends Desire Z
- same as in 4)
I hope i did not forget something. Please help to recover the phone.
I am in the exact same situation. No ADB, No Recovery, fastboot but no ENG HBoot, and stuck at the HTC screen. I was hoping there was a way to flash clockworkmod recovery using a PC10IMG or something so I can run a nandroid restore and have ADB access back.
EDIT: I found a modified PC10IMG.zip that restored CWM and a stock android build. From there it was simple to get back to CM7. You can find the file in this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10583834&postcount=33
Thanks for your reply. I did not get it to work again. But maybe your link will help many other people.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
I have some problem . no adb, no recovery...
I had the same problem. I eventually just found a stock 2.2 PC10IMG.zip, flashed it, then rerooted, reinstalled recovery, then recovered my backup.

[Q] How to install Android Revolution HD Rom on Rooted Stock with HBoot 1.12.0000

Hello everyone,
I am a newbie and I want to install the Android Revolotion HD 18.0 Rom on my HTC One X.
I tried before and almost got a bricked phone because of the wrong Hboot installation.
I re-flashed my old Hboot and after that my phone worked again, thank God!
So what do I have to do? I now now that I can't flash from Hboot 1.12.0000 directly to 1.36
I am currently on:
*Unlocked*
Endeavoru PVT Ship S-ON RL
Hboot - 1.12.0000
Microp - None
Radio - 2.1204.135.20
eMMC - bootmode: disabled
CPU - bootmode: disabled
HW Secure boot: OFF
Modem Path: OFF

I have ROM Manager ClockworkMod Recovery 5.8.4.0 installed
1- you cannot reflash an old hboot with S-ON
2- while in fastboot usb mode : type this in cmd: fastboot oem readcid
then look in this thread for your cid and download the firmware aka hboot.
then you flash the rom from the recovery and dont forget the boot.img included in the zip(you have to flash it manually from fastboot, fastboot flash boot path.to...boot.img)
return to stock, get an OTA upgrade, unlock the phone
You CID is the most important information. Most of phone companies should have provided the JB update via OTA by now. To get it, you need to revert to stock and re-lock the phone. The upgrade process will then bump hboot to v1.36 or v1.39
If you don't have a nandroid backup of your original ROM or cannot find the exact RUU for your phone, check this thread: Return to stock without latest RUU
when done, relock the phone (
Code:
fastboot oem lock
)
Get the JB OTA update hopefully available (settings|about|software|check update). If not available, wait...
When done, unlock the phone again via htcdev (or if you still have the unlock_code.bin file, use command
Code:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
Install Recovery and SU
You can now install JB custom ROM.

[Q] HELP! I wanted to flash a new rom, but it went wrong.

Hi,
I wanted to flash Team Venom ViperX 3.2.3 - Sense 4+ JellyBean | orig. OTA | Tweaks http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2087443
Somewhere it went terribly wrong. :crying:
I have a (after what i did)
Htc One X - HTC__E11
Rooted - Original Rom (I Think)
*** RELOCKED ***
*** Security Warning ***

CPU-bootmode : Disabled
HW Secure boot: Enabled

I wanted to change my hboot to 1.39 for the rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376
This is what i did
I relocked my bootloader with fastboot oem lock
Then i erased my cache with fastboot erase cache
I rebooted bootloader again when to fastboot
and flashed the files with
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash boot rcdata.img
fastboot flash boot recovery.img
fastboot flash boot 1.39.0000_signed.img
Then i erased my cache again with fastboot erase cache
Then i saw i didn't work so after some searching on the web i kept the files in the firmware.zip
Went to fastboot again and did fastboot oem rebootRUU
Then i tried to flash the firmware.zip with fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
and it said that my battery was too low.
I rebooted my phone and i keep booting in bootloader.
Even when i choose power down, it goes back on to bootloader.
So my questions are
What must i do, what must i download????
What must i flash. How do i flash. How must i load my battery????
I still have connection with USB i have SDK and everything
I allready tried to flash a new RUU with a exe and i shows that my battery is too low and i tried fastboot erase cache
I'm reading a post of disaster recovery at the moment. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1609190
***UPDATES***
- Battery is dead, dont know how to charge..
Go here and copy the script text into a new text document and save it as a .bat file
Put the phone in the bootloader and run the script from the the fastboot folder on the pc !
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1658084
It will continuously reboot the phone and charge it little by little , leave it so for a couple of hours
Then you have to run a ruu to update the hboot because your hboot does not support the JB roms.
You are dutch ? PM me and we can continue in dutch !!!
And in the mean time download this RUU

Solved
Thanks to Mr Hofs my phone is back working again on a fresh ViperX 3.2.3 rom.
The thing i did wrong was i first needed the Jelly Bean update on my phone.
Mr Hofs gave me some links for the RUU.
He also gave me a thread about to charge your phone with a simple file. -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1658084
I also learned that for the RUU your bootloader needs to be locked (relocked) with at least 30% battery.
You can also flash a new recovery, your blootloader needs to be unlocked with at least 10% battery.
In a some new versions (most new ones) of recovery your phone can charge in recovery mode.
I loaded my phone, went in fastboot usb mode in bootloader. Instal the RUU with a pc.
My phone went back on on a newer version of ICS, then i updated my phone to Jelly Bean.
After that i used this thread to instal a custom jelly bean rom. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1924003
Read it good.
Please correct me if i said something wrong.
Much thanks to Mr Hofs
All good !!!
Veel plezier met jB

To be able to run CM10 on the JB hboots you need a modified boot.img
http://db.tt/uDdWaAtH
Flash this one and reboot

[Q] Can't update bootloader, stuck on CM bootscreen

So I tried updating from a CM10 nightly to CM10.1 RC5 today. It went did not end well.
I extracted the boot.img from the zip and ran "fastboot flash boot boot.img", I then ran "fastboot erase cache". However, when I rebooted into hboot I noticed that it still said H-BOOT-1.12.0000, I then tried to just boot into standard CM again, which hangs on the boot animation.
I've tried a ton of other boot images since then, but none of them work. Did I just brick my phone?
This is the information displayed on the hboot screen:

Please help
the boot.img won't update the bootloader! only the firmware does....
I just wanted to say the same thing..you mixed boot.img and h-boot
boot.img is ROM-s specific kernel, H-boot is like "bios"
To upgrade h-boot you can:
1. Reverse your phone to full stock and do OTA update which automatically upgrade h-boot
2. Or flash manually firmware specific for you CID - you can find firmware collections here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376
Search on forum guide how to properly upgrade h-boot, but as i recall (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1953338&page=117) you need to relock bootloader, put phone in ruu mode, and flash firmware- more than one if necesary! BUT DO SEARCH PLEASE !!
And to boot to your old CM10 you need to flash boot.img from CM10 ROM zip file that you flashed before - not this one for CM10.1
