App info freezes on "Computing..." so I can't reset Gallery bug

Is there any way to fix this issue? Happens for many built in apps.

I am trying to clear Gallery data after the Camera thumbnails won't update.
When I view a photo for a moment it shows an old photo then block pixelates over with the new photo. Basically the gallery is all screwed up and I want to rebuild it.

Cancel that. Fixed it by moving all pictures to a new folder then deleting the Camera folder in Gallery.

How to fix this error!?

After installing an update via Odin Mobile Pro, this message appeared on my screen and not disappear.
would like to know any way to fix this problem.

If your phone is rooted then open a es explorer app and navigate to root/ efs/ factoryapp and open factorymode with a text editor. Then change the content from OFF to ON, then save and reboot.

Still the same problem. Any other way to fix?

Zoiper softphone

Has anybody able to get Zoiper working in the background on this phone?
As soon as i come out of the app, it gets killed. The app has the setting to turn on when phone starts, but it doesn't do that as well.
Can somebody give me tips on how to setup the phone so it doesn't kill Zoiper?

thumbnail problem

So i have this issue with almost every app that can show thumbnails with any app that does that example instagram,discord anything that can show u mini thumbnails before sending it its only the issue with like a day old photos its like it loses its thumbnails after set amount of time and i cant see it anymore

I dont see no option in settings device care

can't turn on flash while video calls!

Hello,
I can't turn on the flash in video calls while using the rear/back camera, it only works while using the front camera, otherwise, it says "flash not available"
I tried to reset the camera app to defaults and delete cache.. etc, I also tried to use external flash apps and it only works with the front camera but not with the back even if I use the icon from the control center.
please help

yeah tha's true because the hardware already used on the video call, can't use a specific part because the camera and it's equipment are busy .
