App info freezes on "Computing..." so I can't reset Gallery bug - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Is there any way to fix this issue? Happens for many built in apps.

I am trying to clear Gallery data after the Camera thumbnails won't update.
When I view a photo for a moment it shows an old photo then block pixelates over with the new photo. Basically the gallery is all screwed up and I want to rebuild it.
Thanks.

Cancel that. Fixed it by moving all pictures to a new folder then deleting the Camera folder in Gallery.

[Q] Google Voice issues on unlocked GSM?

Anybody having issues with the Google Voice app? The icon to compose SMS on the widget is grayed out on the widget, and the functionality seems to be missing from the app itself.
This may have been covered before, and I apologize if it has, but hey- this is the Q&A forum, right?
Thanks!
No issues, stock + root 4.0.2 updated from Google s images.

Hmmm....here's what I've got going on (note: inbox is working fine, I just cleared everything and reinstalled, which is why it's empty):

Why are you going to settings? Just use the app drawer:

Small Guide on using Any Wallpaper for LockScreen

So I don't know if anyone else has this issue but I am unable to change my LockScreen wallpaper with a picture from my gallery. I can use any of the stock LockScreen wallpapers but nothing from my gallery. This is my 2nd LS970 and both have had this issue
So if you have the same problem here is a fix.
- Use a root enabled file explorer and navigate to /data/data/ com.lge.lockscreensettings/
- In that sub folder find wallpaper.png and change its permissions to the following (pic is attached)
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
This should allow you to change the LockScreen wallpaper to whatever image you'd like from your gallery

Photo album display error

Hi all, I have been using the 20x for a couple of days and found this annoying error in the photo albums. If you look at the attached pic, on the left is the normal layout of my albums. On the right is what I see after using the phone for a while from restart. The difference is that from an all black display with album titles, the album titles got 'lost' in white strips!
Don't know what happened there. Any clues?

Can't seem to be able to edit my original post, but I can confirm that this is the case if I choose a dark background under settings > battery. If I use the default brighter display background, there is no such issue.
