Does anyone know how to make the status bar transparency match on the desktop and lock screen on latest liquidsmooth nightly?

I've tried to do this but it says "Note: Transparency (alpha) setting will not be applied."
And also all I did was check/uncheck the Custom notifcation bar and now my notification bar is stuck at white and not like how it was before.=/

Sure you already figured it out but if you try to reboot after changing setting maybe it will adjust?
Is there a way to make it so that the nav bar doesn't have to be all one color on aokp b 25?

Im using the carbon jb rom made by proxuser and i just installed widgetlocker and love it. But 1 thing about it is the status bar of the carbon jb rom. is there any way to make the status bar transparent? As the black bar on the top is annoying yet i want it to be there so i can see the wifi signal and etc.
So i want it to be transparent, is there any solution?
