Hello. I have some problems with network unlocking my hox because orange romania changes unlock codes and the price is way too high. So I found a service that can unlock all HOX that have build lower than 3.18... The problem is I have 3.20.401.1, HBOOT 1.39, ViperX 3.60. My CID is HTC__032. Is there a way to downgrade it?With a NAND Backup or something?( I didn't backuped up when I upgraded)

Search forums, read and you will succeed.
I found the collection of stock rom and i found some backups that are good but someone told me that if i downgrade i will lose the touch because of touch drivers or something. Is that posible?
Flashing different roms will never break your hardware, you can always revert back if anything doesnt work. (Don't forget to always flash the boot.img separately from fastboot).
If you downgrade with nandroid backup then there is no restriction to what version you are downgrading to, the only problem is that some hardware MAY not work properly.
Note: your phones base version is not 3.20.401.1, this is ViperX 3.6 base version. To check the actual version, you have to check it from fastboot in the bootloader with this command: fastboot getvar version-main or fastboot getvar mainver
example : Im using viperx 3.6.0 3.20.401.1 but it still shows as 3.16.415.4 in the bootloader
I typed fastboot getvar version-main and i get this: version-main: 3.14.401.31
If you are correct, this is the real build number so i don't need the nandroid backup?

You need to downgrade to 3.14.401.31, not 3.20.401.1. Thats what I meant.
But I dont see why you need to downgrade to network unlock the phone. ie Do you send your phone to unlock it or do they give you an unlock code ?
I'll take the phone to them for unlock. 4 Months ago they could unlocked it only if it had ICS 4.0.4 or lower. I will ask to see the process and if they will succed I'll explain it here.

I am assuming your bootloader is LOCKED ? if not put the phone in the bootloader and RELOCK the bootloader with this fastboot command
Fastboot oem lock
Then keep the phone in the bootloader and execute this file with admin rights, right click the ruu.exe and select
Run as administrator
http://bugsylawson.com/index.php/fi...22-radio-2120413520-release-275359-signedexe/
Then OTA to JB with the official way from the phones menu
I try this method but it shows the bettery is less than 30% even i charged battery 100% but it continuously show this error
i have tried to get back to stock by flashing an ruu file i downloaded RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Radio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed
since my HOX is WWE. i tried to run the exe after re locking bootloader of course, but it gives an error (ERROR 140 BOOTLOADER VERSION ERROR) i tried it more than once so i figured the problem or i think i have my phone is running on 3.20.401.1 and the ruu is 3.14.401.31 i looked every where for 3.20.401.1 ruu but no luck have any one got a link for it?.or some one can help me solve this problem?
Ruu will never see the daylight with that number. If you want stock.....get one in the general section - nandroid backup collection ! More than enough to choose from
The nand has to match :
Fastboot getvar version-main
EDIT :
And if your CID is not present, take the 3.20.401 from another CID and and restore it, then flash back the stock recovery. Do not relock the bootloader (not needed) and update via about - software updates in the settings menu
if i flash a nandroid from another CID will it cause any problems?
downloading your 3.20.401.1 CID HTC__E11
No software issues won't be there. It's just that it's from another cid, it needs one official ota to pull the cid straight. After that you can also relock the bootloader if you wish

What error number(s)?
You need to run the RUU that matches your CID and MID. It sounds like you may have tried more than one (and possibly RUUs not meant for your CID,MID).
Also, since you are s-on, you need to relock the bootloader to RUU. This is done with fastboot, using the command: fastboot oem lock

You left out much of the important getvar data, while leaving in something you should never post online (IMEI) since its personal data. I've notified the mods to delete your IMEI.
I have deleted imei i got error that ruu cant read bootloader if i remember 199 error and what kind of information you need to help me find what software match for my htc ? By the way i was tryed with locked bootloader still same error

I don't know if there is an RUU for your CID. I'm guessing no.
If that is the case, you can try to return to stock 4.4.2 ROM (for your CID) and stock recovery, OTA update all the way up to Lollipop (which will update the firmware). Then you can run the current custom ROMs.

You can flash most 4.4.2 ROMs (stock or custom), and it will at least get the running again.
If you can find an RUU for your CID, it doesn't matter which build. It will re-image all software and firmware. The only restriction is that you cannot go backwards ("downgrade") with s-on. Otherwise, you can RUU to 4.4.3, 4.4.4 or 5.0. But the RUU must match your CID and MID.
The only way to change CID and MID is with s-off. S-off is by sunshine, and requires a device that can boot into OS.

Try changing you CID. Just connect your device to a computer and open ADB. Boot your phone into fastboot (it should say "Fastboot USB"). Then copy paste:

It seems you are just running RUUs without much reason or methodology? Any saying "one" gave you an error without any info on which RUU doesn't tell us enough for us to help you properly.
The carrier name is usually indicated in the RUU file name, plus the build number is also indicated. For instance, it looks like ORANGB10 corresponds to software build numbers xx.xx.69 where the "69" is specific to your CID. Therefore, you want to be looking for an RUU with the build number xx.xx.69 in the filename, assuming such an RUU exists.
But honestly, I've searched around and don't seen any reference to an RUU for ORANGB10, so I'm inclined to believe you are looking for something that doesn't exist.

I've already given you 2 solutions that will work with s-on:
1) Flash a stock or custom ROM with Android 4.4.2 base, using TWRP. This will at least get the phone bootable again. The firmware will still be outdated, and you won't be able to run any current ROMs. But at least the phone will work.
2) Revert to the stock nandroid backup you made before flashing any ROMs, if you made one (and you really always should before flashing any ROMs on any Android device). From there, return to stock recovery, and you should be able to OTA update in order to update firmware.
Stock recovery files can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701376&highlight=orangb10
Note that if the exact stock recovery for your main/build version is not available, the recovery for the same "base" should work (as noted in Post #3 of the above linked thread). Example, if your stock main version is 1.54.69, than any stock recovery corresponding to build 1.54.xx should work.
3) If you didn't make a nandroid backup, you can try to find the stock nandroid for your CID. You will want the stock nandroid that corresponds to your present main version, which you say is not listed (common TWRP bug) but based on your hboot number (3.16) your main version is proabably 1.xx
I don't see a stock nandroid posted for your CID on the following threads. So you may post to one of those threads, and see if someone can post a nandroid for you:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701376&highlight=orangb10
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/tutorial-how-to-stock-stock-twrp-t3086860
The goal here is to get back to the stock ROM (and the build number that corresponds to your firmware) and stock recovery, same as Method 2 above. Then OTA up to Lollipop in order to update firmware.
4) Get the phone running again, per Method 1 above. Then run sunshine to S-off. Once you have s-off you can "manually" update the firmware. It seems you want to avoid paying for sunshine. But if none of the above methods are satisfactory, this may be your last option.

You can start with 1.54.69.5 backup.
Then do multiple OTA 1.54.69.5 --> 1.70.69.2 --> 2.26.69.1 --> 3.33.69.1 --> 4.19.69.3
Don't have time to upload my TWRP backups but you can get a Philz recovery backup here (belongs to someone else) - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxUEBSB4XdsRa3RoS3JBVjVQREk/edit
Please note you need Philz recovery installed then restore the backup which already include a stock recovery in it. Restore (select all) then do OTA.

You can stay supercid and just run the unlocked developers RUU for a full stock conversion... He will still be able to receive OTA updates.. Post the results from "fastboot getvar all" but remove imei and serial... If your phone is gsm, download and run this file from a PC.. Takes about ten minutes to install and ten minutes to reboot... http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-one-m8/news/ but I'd post the fastboot output to confirm before running the RUU.exe file

The phone came in 32 and 64gb on GSM, CDMA, etc.. He's S-off so unlocking the bootloader should be as simple as "fastboot oem unlock".. Still "fastboot getvar all" output is needed so we can see model number, partition size, firmware, etc

Hi everybody,
I'm sorry, I'm sure this question may be asked so much time, but after 1 hour searching I don't find anything usefull for me... (Maybe a keywork issue ?)
I don't know what I've done, but after I locked again the bootloader in order to flash on a RUU, I blocked my HTC 10 and can't boot on android again.
When I tried it the phone is only going to bootloader mode and don't want to get to my Os. I have TWRP and was on the custom LeeDroid 7.0.
I can't backup or do anything and while i try the dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota on the terminal, it won't work...
And I can't unlock again the phone, I've tried and it's "relocked".
Has someone have the same issues ? Really need your help ! :crying:
Thank you !
Why did you even lock the bootloader to flash a RUU? Is that mandatory? Sticking with Lee is always a better idea .
You might wanna try using a RUU.exe to get your OS back. What firmware and model do you currently have?

But i've read that it was better to be on a locked bootloader to flash ruu :crying:
Yes, you need to lock the bootloader to flash an RUU.
Some people like custom roms, some want to go back to stock.
From the bootloader you can go to download mode and get the unlock token and try the process again to unlock, I would guess. Beyond that, I'm assuming the RUU screwed up somewhere. It is generally not possible to flash an RUU unless the phone matches the RUU's CID and MID parameters. And if it didnt work, the RUU wont have gotten far enough to do any damage.

so you can't flash ruu with a unlocked bootloader?? thats odd...people use rru to get back to stock after running custom rom and you shouldn't lock bootloader with custom firmware bc it supposedly bricks you...or is download mode still operatable?

Fair enough, advice I followed at the time suggested I relock bootloader to do an RUU. Being S-ON or OFF doesn't matter.
However, since there was no RUU for my CID (H3G__001) I had to S-OFF in order to change my CID to WWE (HTC__001) to flash that RUU. My phones status at the time was S-OFF, Relocked. It worked fine. It also worked fine under those same conditions after I changed my CID to BS_US001 and MID to 2PS6500000.

I don't think it's the US MID, my IMEI is German and the phone works great on 4G / LTE in France (where I live) and i've read that 4G won't work with an US version in France, but maybe you're true and their is no RUU for my version ... (fragmentation pleasures).

In fact, the only think i can flash / unflash is TWRP and the recovery stock..
