[XXELK4][MOD] AOSP JB Lockscreen (+ 4way reboot)

Hi guys.. this is basically my first post so be gentle !
Since i dont like the stock lockscreen (its so.. ewww..)
i decided to bring back the JB stock one (which i really like)
so here it is..
this is only for the latest leak XXELK4 !
attached is an update zip with the modified files (actually just android.policy.jar)
UPDATE 2012/11/27
fixed landscape rotation issue ! (whew..)
added odex'ed version
added 4way reboot option !

Kind of a noob question but is there anyway to make it work?
I flashed it with CWM and it's still the same stock lock screen, and yes I'm on the latest leak ELK4

Works fine here on omega 33.2 installed with twrp recovery.

Are you on odext rom?
If so tray deleting android.policy.odex in system/framework and flash again.

you just need to set your LS to "Swipe"
Settings > Lock screen > Screen lock > Swipe
please check it

No it just hepend to me had to do hard reboot by holding power button.

I believe I'm on odex, it's just the leaked version that's been up for the last week or so. How would I go about and deleting that file in my framework?

My settings have always been set to "Swipe". The only option that's even ticked in the Lock Screen Options is clock.

okay, after this mod, now i dont have "4 ways reboot option"
can you please add this mod to android.policy.jar too?

Thought so
Aosp lock screen doesnt have rotation functionality according to a dev I spoke to and needs a lot of modding

Working great on omega v33.1 thanks pal. Only issue is that after i flashed the mod i dont have 4 way reboot.

what I got after that was a Bootloop
so I had to flash my firmware again

i can c that 4-Way Reboot will not work anymore, so what about CRT-OFF animation and Multiview app and long press menu to kill foreground app. ?

[Q] Some Bugs after uninstall on-screen buttons Mod

Hi,
i have one Xperia S with firmware 6.1.A.2.50 ICS, i try the mod for on-screen button from this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738094
I using the file in same post to uninstall the mod but now i have a lot of bug in my android like the camera say error memory and can´t take pictures, when i want turn off the phone the description is Silence Mode in instance of Turn Off, when i have one wirreless network aviable i receive the notification with the icon of low batery but with over description
I think the file i use to remove the mod (Framework?) is not the for my firmware...
Can anyone help me, i don´t want reflash my phone only because of that
I have original firmware *.ftf file i used in my phone, can i extract framework upload in phone?

There are indeed some bugs. Just recover your old framework and it should be fine (no on screen buttons, though)

Nope. You'd had to reflash the whole system with that.

[MOD]Xperia Z Lockscreen

Hello,
This is Xperia Z lockscreen ported for ONE V. Mod is currently based on CM10 by maxwen. I will try to add more rom version whenever possible.
This modified android.policy.jar. So please do not try it on other phone models.
If you have other mods in your android.policy.jar, this mod will break it.
This mod doesn't gives you toggle between cm10 lockscreen and Xperia Z lockscreen. You will get only Xperia Z lockscreen.
CHECK ATTACHMENTS FOR SCREENSHOTS
How to install
1) Download the main mod zipfile below. Then choose the right framework for your phone. I'll try to add more
2) Backup your rom (Nandroid backup)
3) Flash the main mod zipfile first and then flash the chosen framework in CWM (Don't reboot in between)
4) Done
5)TO CHANGE THE LOCKSCREEN WALLPAPER OPEN LOCKSCREEN SETTINGS APP FROM DRAWER AND THEN CHOOSE THE WALLPAER IF YOU WANT TO USE A CUSTOM WALLPAPER THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PLACE THE WALLPAPER IN /SYSTEM/ETC/CUSTOMIZATION/CONTENT/COM/SONYERRICSON/WALLPAPERPICKER/WALLPAPER AN THEN CHOOSE IT

I just talked to torxx but he told me talk to nitsuj17 and I haves ones them the rules on their website r simple and I think they might give the permission this time (I really hate asking permission but it is necessary to do to not violate user rights):crying:

Sure, a ROM is always better than a lock screen
anyways there was a huge uproar earlier regarding this venom thingy.. those guys never give permission but if they do then awesome

The file is there... it is a bit confusing because your file name is virtuous.zip instead of sensationally3.6

I dont know u can test if isnt work just uninstall it (U can use root uninstall)

Well, it works, BUT there's some weird "TalkBack" going on, for example when you use too fingers to "zoom out" the home screen so you get to "editing screen", my phone is saying some weird things (didnt understand what he said), so for now, i can't use this, even tho i don't have TalkBack enabled in settings.
I'm using CM10.10 latest Nightlies

Works well so far, but i get no menu when i press the menu button...

There is no bug u can try if u dont like it just install (u need to have root uninstaller)

Wake up lag can be caused by some tweak, don't install all the tweaks.
