There are 4.2.2 official firmware for 5100. It just not for the whole region yet.

MH1 is 4.2.2 i need the best 4.1.2
So far i think this is the best (i haven't tried it, i think because of country and changelist), anyone thinks different?

Didn't S4's 4.3 update got released?

I'm aware bro, but still it has some bugs. Plus, it's never bad to borrow from official releases. So yeah, just a suggestion though.
