MH1 is 4.2.2 i need the best 4.1.2
So far i think this is the best (i haven't tried it, i think because of country and changelist), anyone thinks different?

Any AOSP rom in the ODev threads.. CM 10.1 is what Im running.
can some one test if there is an hebrew in the 4.1.2 roms?
even if not in menu it can be activated (if present) via morelocal 2 with the setting (hebrew, iw, il)
would appreciate if someone can test this for me

All MD1's listed on sammobile are 4.1.2
From my galaxy nexus phone experience almost six month ago. Upgrading from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2 is full of bugs.
Even now after almost six months, the developers communities still fixing and improving 4.2.2.performance to be what 4.1.2 was.
I am definitely not in a hurry to upgrade especially to any alpha/beta rom.

Btw, you can use a ROM image from another country, as long as it matches your model number. I have used several different versions on Note Pro 12.2 wifi, and can't tell any difference.
