And as additional info : you can use any 3.19.401 nandroid backup. The wwe backups are interchangeable. You can even use my backups (HTC__E11) no problem at all !
Can't tell which is better......and to lazy now to search
Check the thread, i bet someone asked it already there

Hi,
I was wonder if the correct RUU for CID HTC_102 (Germany, I believe) is 'RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.29.401.11_Radio_1.1204.105.14_release_260491_signed'. That's the current ROM that is installed as stock on the HOX I have here (that being it's on 1.29.401.11 and has the same radio).
I'd just like to know before I start flashing custom ROMs, it all.
Hi there...I have a request ....if you have the nandroid backup of this rom can you please upload somewhere because I was so excited when i flash the first custom Rom that I forgot to make the backup of my custom rom and i want to go back to custom for the jb official update when will be released...I have the same cid and I remember the numbers from the Rom version was the the same...thanks

Maybe somebody has and could upload it there. Make a nice and polite request for the backup. It won't do you harm
You could also check if here is a ruu released with the 2.17 base.

This a good thing from you that may help a lot of Indian ROM user. Just need the stock boot.img and recovery.img, then every one can go back to stock at anytime. And they are available somewhere in Q&A section I think.
I'm not an Indian ROM user but I tested your Nand backup... yes, it works even on my device with cid htc_044
dude pl help
hi i just installed ur backup so how to change to tamil language i dont know.....pl help thanks

i too use twrp recovery with cm10 presently
in the sd card root the path is : sdcard/twrp/backups/sh266tv00090/cm10
my question is, can i make a folder just like "cm10" in the same path n copy the contents n go to recovery to restore the nandroid flash like normal?
also the kernel and the recovery ...
the kernel - i have to flash through fastboot ryt?
but what about the stock recovery ? should i flash it compulsory ? can i stay with twrp ?
thanks a lot anyway

Stock Recovery is only needed when you want to return to stock completely.
But if you want have a stock ROM and root it later, then stay on TWRP and install CWM-SuperSU-v0.98.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053).
You also can flash Titanium-KISS kernel for OC/UV if you want to... so you will have a rooted stock ROM with OC/UV.

Hi
i have a HTC One X turn whith a stock ROM ,the last Update Android Jelly Bean and Sence 5.
i want to get the option that can weak my phone with the capacitive button, but i saw in the forum that i should install a kernel to Enable that option.
so can anyone help me and tell what should i do step by step.
1: Unlock the bootloader (may break warranty)
2: flash a custom recovery (philz touch 5.15)
3: MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP
4: flash one of the kernels that have the option (lyapota,Alex V,Ep2)
5: install the .zip file via the custom recovery
Done.

Thank you Mr Hofs for your fast reply.
i found this article in the forum:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1643692
can i install it?
and if i install the kernel ,that will not dammage my phone or the original stock ROM?
No not the bricked Kernel. I said Alex V, lyapota or Ep2 !
And it won't break the stock rom. And if it goes wrong you need your stock backup. Thats why i wrote step 3 in major capital letters !!!

Can you please explain why not the bricked Kernel?
and please give me link where i can find the other kernels?
Bricked is an older kernel which does not work on sense 5.
Kernels are in the original android dev section. Hot topics and very easy to find !
