Stock about phone info for tmobile's galaxy s2 ?
Hi I just bought a T-Mobile galaxy s2 off Craigslist and I don't know if the person I bought it from tampered with any of the software in the phone so I'm asking what's the stock kernel version, build number, baseband version, and android version for T-Mobile version of the galaxy s2
Android Version -2.3.5
Baseband -KID or KL1
Build -Gingerbread
Kernel -2.6.35.14
Powered by the SGSII....
My android version is 2.3.5
my baseband version is T989uvkid
My kernel version is 2.6.35.11
my build number is gingerbread.uvkid
Is all of this the right stock info

Yeah, that's stock. You're good.
Why were you concern?

I didn't want to end up sending in my phone for repair then be charged for it being almost unrooted. Lol I bought a android from Craigslist before and the guy unrooted it but it wasn't a stock rom on it so I'm guessing he got scared or lazy but lucky I was already a root/unroot king so it was no problem fixing it
Lately I've been really confused with people using 'baseband version'. Like Baseband 56/58/64, because I've been used to the 'build number' or 'FW' when I was using X10 and thought baseband was something about the radio signal. So when they say Baseband version here with Xperia Arc, do they really mean the Build number?
I have the exact same question.
in arc when you go to "about phone" you got..
Baseband number: (third from down)
Build number: (last one)
build number have some connection with baseband (build number comes with updates and baseband too..)
but you can use any baseband with any build number..
for me is best .42 build, .56 baseband..

And how can I do that? I'm in stock rom and locked bootloader, is it possible?
yes..
download some baseband and flash it mannualy with flashtool.
just wondering what is the baseband version of this rom? Just finished flashing arhd but the baseband version is dlk5 not dma5
my tablet a 4.1.2 with baseband N5100XXBMC8 BUT the pin is not working
can I flash 4.4.2 with baseband N5100XXDND8??
or it must be THE SAME BASEBAND??
THANKS ALOT
I am on AEX 5.5 with baseband of .2.0.c.1.9-00026-M8996FAAAANAZM-1.
Is this the very latest? or Any further update of baseband available?
Thanks for the help.
