You have to wait until the OC kernels are updated to run with the new builds.

i would choose between the asdk kernel and elbermu kernel

Cerux is about the only glitch and drama free kernel nowadays.

yes arco's kernel have 364 mb of ram and providing smooth and liquid in gaming so if possible to port to gb it will awesome i think
CWG (Cow) kernel is also based on arco68's kernel...the very latest is Bionic V2.
When it comes to gaming Alpha3 is the best

Is Nitest still the best option for CM10.1? Are there other options? Have people had any problems with it?

Everyone has a different opinion of what's "best" but I have had zero problems with Nitest kernel. It's been great!

I would start with whatever kernel is included in the ROM.
Personally, I never see much of a difference flashing kernels....so I usually stick with the one the rom supplies. Just my preference.

I think I should be the one to answer this. The kernel I baked into SpeedBean is the final ASDK 4.1.2. I forgot to add the WiFi modules so WiFi is borked on the build. In my opinion, ASDK and Cerux are both good kernels to use with SpeedBean. You have to decide on one or the other because like I said, WiFi doesn't work on SpeedBean if you don't flash another kernel.

I flashed the kernel, is it normal for after the samsung galaxy sIII screen for it to be black for 15 minutes? It seems like every kernel I flash doesn't work.

No its not normal.
The kernel is based on Linux 3.4
Milestone AOKP is based on Linux 3.0
Its not gonna work. Use Tasks AOKP and that kernel will work.

Guys I flashed the leankernel with CyanogenMod 10.1 nightly. It works very well. But are there any other kernels that support GPU overclocking?
