As beautiful as stock recent apps is, amount of apps is too limited. Any thoughts in this? I have seen mods to have the aosp one on sense 4, also 4.1, for one x, evo v 4g, among others.

This will only work on gingerbread sense roms. I'm pretty excited for three point oh. I'm waiting for a full port though. There aren't many good, updated gingersense roms available IMO.

Agile Lock in the Market is a much better Sense 3 lockscreen. The one linked in the OP is from the Doubleshot aka the myTouch 4G Slide, and it's not the complete Sense 3 lockscreen. It doesn't have shortcuts, widgets or customizations.

Regarding using the Sense 3 lockscreen? As noted this is a replacement lockscreen that looks and has similar features as the Sense 3 lockscreen, decided to check it out.
So, bought the full paid Agile Lock app for $1.40 from the android market...so far so good. Lots of settings and also on screen widgets + apps.

I played around with the One X and the GSIII before deciding on the latter, but one thing I really liked about the One X was the native calculator widgets. Is anybody able to port these widgets to be usable on the SIII? None of the ones on the market are nearly as sleek.

That would would be great especially coming from a HTC phone I miss it badly. Very handy when splitting the check. But native widgets on HTC phones are hardwired with libs and need the htc sense UI. So I doubt if it would ever be ported to another UI without sense UI.

Virgin Mobile HTC One V, rooted but stock ROM, curious if there's a way to display a scrolling LIST of apps instead of page after page of app icons.
This is easily accomplished on, for example, EVO V 4g and Wildfire S, but I haven't found a method to achieve an apps list in the One V.

If u mean vertical scrolling,try nova or apex launcher.

Recently I've switched to nova launcher because sense was making my phone lag when I used Opera Mobile browser or other heavy apps.
Is it necessary now to freeze HTC Sense because it still runs in background & takes a lot of RAM & I am not using its launcher anymore?
Also is there a way to retain the Sense camera features somehow while the Sense is freezed? I only want the Sense launcher go away, the sense camera is quite nice.
My phone is rooted with custom ROM SuPrimo v30 installed.
